Such a cute dining experience. We did the Turkish breakfast on Sunday morning and loved sitting in the garden amongst the wildflowers and bees. The food is very tasty and locally sourced where possible. I did the wine flight and especially loved the Michael Gindl Riesling - perfectly refreshing, not too sweet. The servers are very knowledgeable about both the wine and food!

The inside of the restaurant is so beautiful too, with boldly colored furniture and an eclectic lamp collection. You can tell the owners reused and recycled for the majority of the decor while keeping everything in great condition. Felt like I could sit there for hours catching up with friends or doing a book club.

Great atmosphere and service, very enthusiastic and knowledgable about their unique wine selection. Lots of great vegetarian options, feta quesadilla and bread with honey and butter were fantastic and went perfectly with our wine flights. A must-visit in Norfolk!

Update 12/2023: Made a return trip, perfect place to bring my wine enthusiast sister-in-law. Another very unique natural wine selection along with some great bites to eat!

Visited Grandiflora on Thursday April 4th with my husband and son who lives in Norfolk. What a wonderful experience. Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, loved the decor. Food was delicious. I have no real experience with natural wines but Kate was amazing! Upon arrival, she explained that she was the only FOH employee and asked if we could sit in the living room instead of the lounge, where I had made a reservation for. Of course we had no problem doing so, it was the first visit for all of us and I honestly just picked the lounge because I didn't know anything about the space. She was so enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of the wines it was contagious! Kate picked both wines I tried and they did not disappoint! She worked that room, multiple tables seated, with the same enthusiasm she shared with us, spending quality time with each guest. Truly great at what she does! We will most certainly be back on our next visit.

Incredible wine bar. Easy to access, gorgeous historic house that the staff knows all about, beautiful garden, great food and very allergy friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of visiting Grandiflora Wine Garden recently and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a girls' night. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in Norfork and want to experience great wine, food, and jazz music.
Highly recommend wine flight, Mezze board,
Rosemary Olive Oil Biscuits, Oyster mushrooms, and Empowered Plant Cake.

Our server Erin E was amazing! He made us feel cared for and like we really mattered. The entire staff was phenomenal.

Grandiflora offers a sensory and culinary experience you need to try. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening wine garden with authentic Mediterranean plates. Kenny explained the science and origins of all the varied wines we sampled as well as the fresh, local shared and small plates. All this in the flowering garden shaded by mature trees populated by native birds.

The next day we came back for the authentic Turkish breakfast and were just as pleased. The Turkish coffee packs a punch and fresh Chai tea is also a treat. The 3 course breakfast was relaxing and delicious ending with locally sourced eggs topped with spices & herbs.

We were also fortunate to experience the restored, historic inn room upstairs for an extended weekend but you'll have to see that 5 star review on AirBnB.

Maybe the best veggie food I've had, if not...then the best atmosphere/food combo. Everything was packed with favor. The garden was super chill, including the low-fi hip-hop, on a sunny day. Food was locally sourced and the sever was super knowledgeable. Kisir and the white beans is must get. Wish it was closer

This is one of the most special places to open in Norfolk recently! The garden is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable about all the different wine and cheese choices, and the food was unique and so delicious :) Definitely a perfect spot for a date night or just a way to celebrate a day of nice weather! It really feels like a magical little garden hidden in Chelsea.

This place is adorable. It's like eating at your best friend's house if your best friend had a super cozy home, tons of wine with knowledge about all of it, a garden out back, fresh and delicious food, and was a vegetarian. I can't recommend this neighborhood gem enough.

Amazing experience! Jason took the time to share the tasting notes of each pairing with our köy kahvaltisi (Turkish breakfast) and made it a very curated and special experience! I recommend this place for brunch and a wine experience. Afiyet Olsun!

Had a wonderful night spent with mt sister.

It was an old home renovated into this intimate dining experience and also is a bed and breakfast!

Happy would be an understatement, since having gone through my health journey, finding restaurants that actually care and cater to food allergies, are slim to none.

Recently going vegan, I'm still learning a lot. But to have enjoyed a place that didn't have only 1 option, being a salad, for me that was GF AND vegan, made me a little emotional. 🥺

For one is used to traditional fast restaurant food, one may think this menu is small, however, to the GF and Vegan community this is huge! So many incredible options of well thought out intentional menu, showcasing traditional Turkish cuisine. 😋

The guest experience was absolutely phenomenal, all the knowledge and attentiveness was outstanding from Jason and all of the staff. Watching this business develope on IG they thought everything through, from the color scheme/decor, wherever a guest sits inside its esthetically pleasing and inviting. They're locally sourcing their bathroom products from "go less than," to regenerative produce and treats, wines without toxins, to adding on a wheelchair accessible ramp to their building. 🥰 All these small things mean so much to me.

It felt so fulfilling, having such an amazing experience while supporting local hardworking people. ❤

It's the perfect place for wine connoisseurs. The staff is nice and knowledge. The vibe is great. Everything is ecological and mindful.
The food options are rather limited so I wouldn't go for a full 3-course meal, but perfect for an apéro and just chilling.

I’ve been regularly visiting Grandiflora since shortly after they opened and I’ve never been disappointed. Jason and Erin are amazing people and will make you feel right at home here. If you’re like me and don’t know much about wine (other than loving to drink it) just give Jason an idea of what you usually like and he will not only pick out the perfect wine for you, but also tell you the full story on where the wine came from, how it was made and the history behind the vineyard it’s from. Grandiflora is a perfect spot to enjoy rain or shine (although I personally loving hanging out in their back patio) and has much more to offer than just wine. Definitely give their Turkish breakfast a try one day, definitely worth it. Or grab a flight and a cheese board and relax in the garden, I’ll probably see you there as I’m sitting out back, sipping on a dry white.
Ps. The quesadilla is absolutely phenomenal every single time.

Adorable garden brunch experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful while explaining the food and wine options.

The Turkish breakfast was a fun experience and involved lots of locally sourced components, including the bread and coffee.

We also stayed at the inn in the same building. They were very accommodating, and helpful.

Quaint and exclusive.

I felt so special when my wife and I visited. The settings are private and comfortable. The overall atmosphere is homey yet ornate. We were warmly greeted and well cared for throughout our stay.

They have many vegan and gluten free options and they were attentive to my wife's gluten allergy. Their cocktails are amazing! I highly recommend "The Lodge". My wife asked for a recommendation and her drink was exactly what she wanted.

The food was excellent. The menu is seasonal and sourced locally with many items coming from the property itself. The portions are tapas style so order accordingly.

I can't wait to come back!

The Sunday morning Turkish breakfast at Grandiflora was an exceptional dining experience. The food was delicious, the restaurant was stunning, and our server Amanda was a total gem. I'm a sucker for Turkish delight, and my meal at Grandiflora inspired me to find rose jam for my breakfasts at home. If I am ever in Norfolk again, I would absolutely go back.

What an amazing place! Great cosy atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. I was worried my husband (non vegetarian) would not be fully into the food but we both loved it. Will definitely come back!

Turkish brunch is absolutely amazing. Everyone I’ve ever brought here for it always loves it and is blown away by how delicious and wonderful it is. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable; their passion surrounding their food and wine is palpable and infectious. A wonderful place for a girls brunch, family in town, a first date or a 100th date, etc etc. :)
