We decided to hire Total Foundation Solutions for a hopeful total fix after years of water in our basement whenever it would rain. We are very impressed with the work this company has done for us. Their customer service is excellent also. Initial assessment after making our initial call to them was very prompt and thorough; completed by a confident, knowledgeable man, Tom. Getting scheduled for the job days was very quick also. Three young men completed the job. They arrived on time, behaved professionally, not blasting music, and cleaned up amazingly well after each day of what is a very dirty job. The central office employee, Heather, was a point person, in touch along the way to send the quote, confirm scheduling, and provide follow up. It rained the day after their work to our basement was completed and the system worked like a charm. Zero water on the basement floor after years of never having that happen. They also make themself easily available after job is done for any follow up needs or questions. We highly recommend employing Total Foundation Solutions to do as their business name says—provide a total solution to your wet foundation issue.

From setting up our free consultation with Heather in the office, to having Brian come out and giving us the quote, it was a very easy process. Travis and Matthew showed up on time each day and kept us informed of the progress of the waterproofing of our basement. They kept the noise and mess to as minimal as possible. I only wish we would have done it sooner!

Total Foundations Solutions completed a French drain and sump pump system in my basement to eliminate water issues. Most recently returned to extend the drain system at my request to provide moisture in the driest part of the yard. The associates are professional , respectful and the company is very easy to. work with.

Brian and his crew did a great job at a very reasonable price. They put down large rubber mats to protect my lawn to repair a crack in my basement wall, after cleaning the wall they installed a thick rubber membrane down the wall and around the footer, then dimpled sheathing to let any water escape to drain tile. i could not be happier with the work Ron L

2 years with a completely dry basement!
We had extreme amounts of water in our basement and the problem was getting worse. Total Foundation Soultions installed perimeter drainage on the interior of the basement. It has worked flawlessly for two years. This week we had an issue with the controller and Brian came out on short notice and repaired it a few days before Christmas, he made it a priority. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

TFS handled two problems for us: leveling part of our cracked garage floor and sealing exterior stairs to prevent water flow. Their written estimate was detailed and timely received. They did a thorough cleaning after completing the work. We are very satisfied with the results. TFS is a company of integrity and we appreciate that.

The crew was very professional and did an awesome job! The foreman Paul was super nice he again explained everything that they were going to do, he even offered to takeoff his muddy boots to go into my basement. You just don’t find good work ethics anymore the way these kids displayed. They all worked as a team. I am very pleased with the final outcome and would highly recommend Total foundation solutions!

Total Foundation Solutions encapsulated our crawl space and set up a dehumidifier. We were impressed from the git-go with Heather in the office and then the gentlemen who did the work. We were surprised at how much of a difference it made in our living area, those occasional musty smells on rainy days are gone, and it's warmer and more comfortable. Very pleased with the company and the results.

Brian and his team did a great work stabilizing my foundation. The corner of the house was settling and large cracks between appeared in the basement between the cinder blocks. Brian brought his crew and anchored the corner that was settling with a large helical screw. They were very careful not to damage the yard. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how the project turned out.

We had an old house with a flagstone foundation repaired and rotted sill replaced. We were satisfied with the contract agreement, the estimated costs for repairs, the communication about what was being done, and the completed project. Brian was able to rework the original estimate by taking a different approach to the project that saved us money. We would highly recommend Brian and Total Foundation Solutions.

We noticed changes in our bathroom like cracks in the walls and the vanity had dropped a quarter of an inch. After contacting several contractors, Brian came out quickly and assessed the work that we needed done. He got under the house, which is a very tight crawl space, and and found one of our foundation walls was coming in, as well as rotted floor joists under much of our home. He gave us a quote, we accepted, and the work and it was completed in a professional and timely manner. The foreman, Bryson, kept us apprised every day of the progress. If we ever need work of this nature done in the future, Total Foundation Solutions will be our only call. Thank you, Brian, and crew for all your service!

We have a small cabin (trailer) in Conneaut Lake that had fallen off of one of it's piers. My husband and I had to practically beg contractors to come look at it and then fail to follow-up. Not only did Brian respond to our request, he also worked with us to find a solution that met our immediate and long term needs. Today, I think it's refreshing to get a response, but to have a professional provide you with actual solutions is rare. Brian completed the work on the pier and is now helping us solve a roof related issue. I would highly recommend Total Foundation Solutions.
