My experience at Michaels Craft Store was marked by a pleasant and tidy atmosphere, setting the stage for an enjoyable shopping excursion. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and were readily available to provide assistance, enhancing the overall experience. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that the specific item I was seeking was out of stock. Nonetheless, the store impressed me with its expansive layout, spanning two floors and equipped with convenient amenities like elevators for accessibility and escalators for ease of navigation. Despite the minor setback with inventory, I am inclined to award Michaels five stars for its cleanliness, excellent customer service, and thoughtful facilities.

I absolutely love Liberty Service Station. I use them often. Recently, I had bad luck by blowing out 2 of the 4 tires from my beloved Acura SUV after losing an argument with a curb on Edsall Rd. overpass to I-395. I managed to get my Acura towed to Liberty service station, and the guys there (thank you, Willie!) were awesome. they checked my car in and were able to give me an estimate for the 2 tires as soon as I arrived and right then and there. After getting the estimate, I agreed to it, and the tires ordered, I let Liberty do the rest. I got my car back the next day, and everything was perfect with my car! they fixed the damaged rim as best they could, and best of all they went above and beyond by checking the mechanics where the first tire smashed the curb and noting that there was no serious damage to my car other than it needing an alignment. Willie even accounted for and added to my invoice a military discount before I asked him about it. I absolutely love the guys at Liberty Service Station and will use them and recommend them as often as I can!!! Thank you, Willie and Jay, and the rest of the guys at Liberty for your professionalism, car know-how, and help to get my cars up and running the way they are supposed to.

Wide variety. Very well kept store. Two levels! All self check out upgraded. I will visit again!

This store is one of my favorites. Since its not in a center or mall it feels less busy and chaotic. Staff is helpful.

I've been to a few different Michael's. They all have somewhat different things in the bead section. This location is probably my favorite because they had EVERYTHING. I only came for 1 thing and left with two, which is still surprising because I can easily spend more there. I literally had to stop looking at all that they had and walk out to stick with my budget for that visit, lol. I will definitely be returning.

Quiet and well managed store. You'll be surprised at what is in stock compared to other michaels.

Great store love the two levels, Jay was great, very helpful, would reccomend if you have an issue, ask for her.

Great store. Lots of great deals. Love the two floors. Sophia at the register was so kind and patient. She was all by herself with a line and a phone that she was responsible for answering. She juggled all of her responsibilities very well and we greatly appreciate her attitude. I do not appreciate that she was all by herself and responsible for answering the phone on a busy day. You should staff more employees at the registers. Sophia handled it well but she shouldn't have to do it all alone. It's not fair to your employees.

I was absolutely impressed with this store. There are two levels; the upper level has art supplies and frames while the lower level has seasonal, clothing, plant decorations, and baking. The store is clean and organized and even though it is the holiday, I was in and out under 30 minutes.

I would definitely drive 30 minutes to visit this store again.

I pretty quickly found what I was looking for. They have a nice selection of sketchbooks. I found only one box of gouache paints which was a bit disappointing.

This store is clean, well kept, and the employees are very friendly. They are always attentive and go above and beyond when I need their help. 2020 specific: They are maintaining good social distance standards, there is hand sanitizer available at every register, and all the employees are masked up.

Large selection of arts & crafts supplies and materials here at this spacious two-floor layout! Helpful & friendly staff. Great location at Bradlee Center with lots of parking available!

Love, love, love this place! Michael's always has great deals going on, and is very well stocked. There is something for everyone here. From the first time crafter to experienced maker, you will find what you need. Great holiday gifts to buy or make. Get your creative juices flowing and jump in.

Staff was super friendly! The layout of this store is a little weird, and I frequented the shopping center during a downtime so parking wasn't an issue, but I would return. It doesn't have the fine art variety or pricing of Blick, but it's at least more accessible.

The location is perfect, parking isn’t an issue, it’s clean and organized, the staff is always willing to help when you are confused about items and lookout for any savings you may have missed. I enjoy going to this Michaels, it’s a warm and welcoming store. Also, it’s an addicting place, they have so many great items.

Very friendly staff that has always been knowledgeable and available. Often in these kinds of stores it is hard to find someone around who you can talk to.

Also, contrary to what you will find online, this store *does* do framing.

It is a smaller store but everything is well organized and the staff can help you to quickly find whatever you need.
