Boost Mobile

If you need a great cel phone service with good costumer service please visit this store. After spending 3 hours with boost costumer service i was unable to get anywhere, so I stopped by this store and the store representative David was able to guide me through their plans and made the experience pleasant for me. i was able to get my questions answered right away and left the store happy. The only thing i would request is that boost mobile would offer more data plans. 2gb for $5 is not really a data plan, but that’s outside of the stores control. Hopefully corporate will read this and maybe consider bigger and better data plans.

First off I must commend an awesome associate at this location name Ray, he went out of his way to fix an issue I had that a different associate had done. I needed a local area code for new service and because they didn’t ask for identification as required they skipped my zip code. I learned afterwards by calling customer service the zip code determines local area code. ( I needed local area code as advised by my marketing team) the day afterwards I went back to the store there was nothing he could do and said you get what you get and said call customer service. At this point I was ready to cxl 3 lines and go to a new carrier. The hassle and cost to do so made me hesitant since I had prepaid an entire month on 3 lines. My last hope was to call a different boost location in hopes they would fix the issue. The girl was very knowledgeable and reiterated what I had been told was accurate and go back to store for third time in hopes I could again tell them it’s to be done at original store. When I gave it my last shot a third and different person was behind the desk, Ray. He absolutely stood out as knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the issue in minutes. All this could have been avoided if the original guy who set it up didn’t take short cuts leaving info off and asking for ID.

David was the guy that helped me. He was awesome. He helped me out with my problem that I had with my phone. The store was super busy. He really handled himself well. He was really nice. Hes what you want when you're dealing with someone. Awesome guy...

Very Professional. Helpful employee. He was very busy, but still got to everyone in a timely matter. I've been to this location many times. They always remember my family and I. I really like that! I think his name is Dan or David or something. I love my new LG Stylo!!!

Alison was very helpful & knowledgeable today while helping me. Although I was unable to change my plan due to just paying my bill, Alison was super helpful let me know everything I need to do in order to upgrade in a few weeks. I would highly recommend you visit the St. Augustine boost branch & ask for her!

Great service and helpful staff David made sure all my contacts and pictures and videos were transfered over and provided excellent customer service and the best prices for my upgraded phone!

I went to Boost Mobile to pay my bill and Allison was the attendant. I like when Allison is there she's very courteous, she's extremely helpful, she informs me of changes and offers suggestions, Allison is very knowledgeable, and with the pandemic she always wears her mask, which always makes me feel comfortable. I enjoy going to Boost Mobile in St Augustine Fl. I recently purchased another phone there, and I enjoy very much when Allison is working.

Visited here to inquire if they could/would transfer my contacts from old phone to new one and the very helpful young girl did it for free and answered all questions I had. Was so nice to find this place because I had no idea how to do it without help. She was great AND knowledgeable! Will definitely return.

David and Chris were very helpful! They helped me pick out a really awesome phone. I chose the LG Stylo 5.
I would recommend this store to anyone who needs a cell phone or a cell phone plan.

Switched from AT&T, the girl that was working there was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. They have great deals, I received $300 off of my iPhone without any catch!

Used them for about 15 years won't go anywhere else they also offer wifi

The experience I received at the Saint Augustine store was outstanding due to an employee by the name of Anthony Chapman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy s8.
