Bina is a terrific CMT and person. She knows her trade, she's organized, even with her own energy! A very aware professional, friendly, smart and a perfect massage!

I had a really great massage experience with Bina. It was my first time receiving a professional massage, and she was super intentional about how she approached the entire process. Her essential oil blends (which she curates herself) that she uses for her aromatherapy massages are lovely. I really appreciate the option of her mobile services - I was able to relax at home and decompress from the massage immediately. It was a real luxury. I'm looking forward to continuing my sessions!

I had a magnificent experience here and can't wait to return! Bina is incredibly warm and knowledgeable, and I immediately felt at ease with her. It had been quite a while since I'd had a massage, plus I had an old injury flaring up and new muscular issues to contend with, but she deftly balanced and addressed it all. She was attentive, intuitive, and clearly an expert at her craft. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, with more range of motion than I'd had in months. I absolutely loved getting a massage with Bina! This was the second massage I've ever gotten before so I am rather unfamiliar with getting a massage, but Bina was so kind and made me feel super comfortable. She was great at communicating through text when I couldn't find her studio and was great at keeping in touch before and after my appointment. I would absolutely recommend her for anybody in need of some self-care.

I’ve known Bina for years and she is my #1 go-to massage therapist. I schedule time to see her when she comes to the Bay Area. I love going to her for treatments because she’s very conscientious and professional in her work. She offers a variety of massage techniques and healing therapies like hot stone, and aromatherapy just to mention a few. It amazes me how she intuitively knows where those knots hide and will check in with you to see how much pressure to apply before working them out. I really appreciate that about her.

I was diagnosed with third stage breast cancer in May 2019. In July I had a mastectomy and then went through six months of chemotherapy followed by six weeks of radiation. After which I was told that I was cancer free and my treatment was over. However, I still had lingering physical pain from all of the treatments I'd received as well as secondary lymphedema due to having had 16 cancerous lymph nodes removed from under my arm. I'd had a few sessions with my physical therapist when COVID-19 hit in the spring of 2020 and it became impossible for me to continue. That's when I found Bina Patel of Sacred Lotus and I'm so grateful. She is certified in manual lymphatic drainage, which is what I had been searching for. After several emails and once the restrictions were lifted she agreed to treat me. She listened attentively as I explained my specific needs and challenges. Her treatments have helped to make a significant improvement in the flexibility of my neck and shoulder and in the reduction of pain as well as in the overall feeling of well-being and anxiety reduction. Surviving cancer is never easy but having a talented healer, who is as dedicated to her craft as Bina is, on my team gives me a feeling of courage and confidence in continuing this journey.
