When I went in because I was having problems with my phone there are certain apps I could not receive my phone sounds like it's an echo coming through it and it is very uncomfortable and it continues to run hot when I got there the young lady that was there informed me that I needed to do a grade on my phone I found that kind of hard to believe considering I've only had my phone a year if you can please help me with this situation I would truly appreciate it ,
The young lady was very courtesy
