I’m so happy I found podiatrist Dr James Schmidt. I saw him at the Gilbert office on Val Vista, lots of parking and easy access to 202. I was able to get an appointment without a hitch, exactly on the day and time I needed. I had a 2:45 appointment and was seen exactly on time. Dr Schmidt examined me and explained my options thoroughly. He listened to my concerns and we collaborated and came up with a great treatment plan. The staff were very friendly and professional. Very comfortable all the way around.

Clinic was clean and front office staff was so friendly even when they were short staffed due to the holidays. They were eagerly trying to keep up with the patient needs. Dr. Dydyk is top notch! He is on the cutting edge of sports medicine and combines that with pain management, what a bonus! Great bedside manner and a delight to have as a Doctor! Great job HealthyU!

I needed to change primary care offices and I am so glad I found Healthy U. The office was conveniently located, as well as clean and welcoming. The front office staff was helpful and seemed happy to be there. I was brought back quickly and given plenty of time with my new doctor. He has a great chair side manner and welcomed any and all questions and concerns. I wasn’t rushed and felt that he truly cared about my health and me as an individual. I would happily recommend them.

the office is clean, roomy, and easy to check in at the desk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had all the information needed for the office visit from my insurance. Dr Schmidt listened to my concerns about my foot pain. He developed a care plan with me and informed me why this plan was good to stop the foot pain. I was happy that the office was able to make my next appointment at a location with the doctor and close to me.

Dr. Dydyk is an awesome doctor I strongly recommend him. My experience with him has been amazing. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He explains everything in detail what he’s going to do and what he’s doing every step of the way. He answers your questions to the point you understand everything. The staff at Healthy U is great also. I can’t remember the nurse name at the clinic in Gilbert on Baseline Road but she was wonderful and caring. My overall experience with Healthy U clinics and Dr. Dydyk is awesome.

Dr. Claflin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is prompt and doesn't rush you out of the office before you have asked all your questions. He is very through in answers the too, so you understand what your problem is. Have no problem of getting an appointment either.

Robert Claflin is wonderful he's very patient with me very thorough and really cares for all of his patients. I plan on keeping this doc for life! Also I've been referring everyone I know that he would be a great fit for their families! So grateful for this wonderful doc! We love him!

Dr Claflin is a very good listener. He provides various care solutions and allows me to make decisions based on this valuable information. He also recommends follow-up if my decision has not led to the optimum health outcome so we can redirect the healthcare path.

Very efficient, kind and caring people. Dr. Schmidt is the podiatrist and he is the greatest. Explains things in simple terms that are easily understandable. If you ask questions he answers them thoroughly.

I am new to the Gilbert area and needed a proper Doctor and doctor’s office. I feel so darn blessed to have found this office with Dr. Claflin and his incredible kind and professional staff.l have had several visits and referrals, in a journey to feeling better. With every recheck, the staff and Dr. Claflin were caught up on the results from the referrals and went over those results in length. Making sure that I understood them and asked if I had any further questions. They were patient and kind.

Dr. Schmidt has been treating me for a year and a half. I find him to be caring, personable and honest. His diagnosis have been accurate with good treatment outcomes.

Since my former PCP retired, I have been seeing other providers and didn’t experience caring practitioners so I wanted to give Dr. Claflin, DO a try and was very pleased with how he listened patiently to my health concerns and referred me to an appropriate specialist. I greatly appreciate his knowledge in sports medicine for someone who is an avid runner. I will return to his practice for future healthcare needs and also gave referral for my entire family members to book a visit with him as well.
Post feedbacks: I returned to his practice several times to monitor my on going cholesterol concerns and continued to be happy with the service provided. His nurse took great care to elevate an ear infections that I experienced for the first time. I took care of my family members well to help them have cleaned ears but when it comes to my need, I have to rely on professional help. Thank you for all you do best !

My wife and I were concerned when Dr Jones sold his practice as he had been our Primary Doctor for several years. Dr. Claflin and the staff have eased our concerns and we are more than happy with Healthy U.
