MY DR NOW

This was my first time going to this location and the only reason I went to this office location was because I needed a prescription refill asap on a Sunday afternoon. This is why I love My Dr Now. I have been going to My Dr Now for many years for anything and everything you can think of, that is health and medical related. These offices are conveniently located all over the valley and open nights and weekends. I arrived about 30 minutes early to my apt at this location and they took me in right away. The medical staff were awesome!! They were friendly and professional. Dr. Trinidad, not only refilled my prescription, but also asked me if I wanted to do blood work and my yearly wellness exam. I was so happy he had asked and was able to do everything very quickly. I was in and out. This whole office was exceptional and I will definitely be going back to this location because of the staff, Dr. Trinidad and the quality of service that I received overall. The office was clean also. I really do love everthing about My Dr Now. Great company!!!!

My family absolutely love the convenience that My Dr Now offers. We can almost always get same day appointments. It is like an urgent care without having to sit and wait for hours. I was running a couple minutes late and the front desk receptionist was so kind and understanding. All of the staff treated my daughter with perfect care. We were in and out in less than a half hour. We were prescribed the antibiotics we needed. I highly recommend this office and My Dr Now.

This office was clean, organized, and friendly. We walked in and the gal at the front desk was so welcoming. I had booked my appointment online but it didn't go through.... but they fit us in and we only waited about 5 or 10 minutes. It was a great experience and I'd recommend this office to anyone!

I was grateful for the ultrasounds and x-rays that the doctor ordered for me, because I thought my pain was coming from a different diagnosis, so happened it wasn't from what I thought it was. It was something different, which I can now move forward with knowing and rescheduled ultrasounds in the following month! Thank you for all your help and great customer service!

I vote to have Alisha Miles full time at the Gilbert/Warner location. She knows how to handle younger kids and make them feel comfortable. As a parent - that norm only stands out its appreciated.

I thought I could only go to an "Urgent Care" for immediate needs until I found this place. They offer everything an urgent care provides for a third of the costs with insurance. Instead of a $50 visit, this was a $15 visit. They also offer monthly insurance plans. I'm definitely coming back in the future.

Great place staff is very friendly and always in a great mood. The lady up front is always so happy and the mood at this office is very contagious, no pun intended. Dr Mainville is seriously the best doctor i have ever had. She actually listens to concerns and quickly addresses them, even threw the online patient portal! And yes the equipment is slightly outdated but it does exactly what it's suppose to do. I had a horrible experience at banner with them not filling an urgent prescription for 3 weeks and that place treats patients like cattle.

The best doctors office I have been to! What they don’t have…all the new bells and whistles. What they do have…caring staff like Cici who always seems to be spreading sunshine. The doctors listen and they ACT with the best interest of the patient. I highly recommend!

BEST STAFF all the way around from the start with a telephone call to triage With the MA/NAC to seeing the FNP or MD. The staff all take the time to listen and truly exhibit a passion for helping patients to get well, and provide support for the patient as a whole instead of just treating the symptoms they seek to get to the root cause of any ailment. I am eternally grateful for Blue Cross Blue Shield for creating such wonderful facilities that are consistent in Continuity of care. I will definitely refer anyone and everyone to all your locations and I am truly grateful for amazing staff that is so organized that helps and has attitudes of gratitude.

From the front office staff, to my nurse, DeDe (who really listened to my concern over my blood draw and then did a fantastic job,,) to her boss, Cierra, to the dr…my dr now was fantastic. I plan to continue using this staff and location for all my medical needs. Thank you!!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences from this office. No matter who I see, everyone is always kind, attentive and listens to me. It’s always been easy to get an appointment when I need one, and I love that they do telehealth appointments too. Can’t recommend it enough!

I highly recommend this location to family and friends. The staff is very professional and helpful. They listen to all your concerns about your health. Each time I go, I ask for Cara Harris, she is the Best. She listens to my concerns regarding my health and she explains things to me in a way that I can understand. This is definitely my go to place when I'm not feeling well. I can make an appointment and get in the same day or the next day.

My family has been patients of MyDrNow for about 7 or 8 years. They are our favorite place to go for any urgent care needs. I travel all the way from Mesa to the Gilbert and Guadalupe location. Doctors are thorough and quick to serve there compared to any other urgent care we had ever tried in the past. In and Out in less than 30-45 minutes every single time. They also do online scheduling which we have used in the past, but most of time it's been a walk in situation. Love this place and Recommend it to anyone needing urgent services.

From the front desk to the nurse to the doctors, my family and I have NEVER had a bad experience or been rushed. Perfect also for families with busy schedules. Even if you have to see a different Dr than before, they are always on the same page and supportive of each others treatments. So any provider is helpful at any time.

Absolutely amazing service and in some cases same day scheduling. I honestly couldn't believe how helpful and attentive the doctor was, she was so nice and made me feel a lot better. I've been to super facy Pulmonologist and Pain Dr's. I have to say this is by far the best office as far as actually getting things done ✔ 👏

This has been my place to get care for years. I'm thankful for the care here. Cara Harris FNP is someone who is truly amazing at what she does. I won't see anyone else. She's caring, gives you time and makes you feel very comfortable. I'm truly thankful I am able to get my care from her and My Dr. Now😊

As a busy nursing student who’s time is valuable and very busy, MYDRNOW offers flexibility in being able to schedule appointments in a timely manner, offers a variety services, and their open 7 days a week with late hours. I have never been dissatisfied with any service or treatment provided.

Immediately from entering the door I was greeted, front desk check in was quick, easy, and efficient. Once I was brought back by the MA, he immediately apologized if he had pronounced my name incorrectly and then asked me how to pronounce it. “ A+” for him because generally most people don’t care and move forward without even thinking about. Vitals were immediately taken, was explained what he needed from me (UA and EKG) and was roomed. The MA was very thoughtful and informed me a head of time that another MA would be performing my EKG!!! (Awesome communication). The MA performing the EKG was very nice, welcoming, greeted me with a smile, tone used was very appropriate, and was knowledgeable about placement of leads. Provider Cara Harris, was great, warm, welcoming, listened and gave feedback appropriately. Upon leaving my appointment the female MA ensured that I left with my discharge summary of my visit. Overall from entering to leaving my appointment was excellent. Service was on point!! Good job MYDRNOW

Quick scheduling. Video appointments. In house visits. We have used all and have always been pleased. The personnel have always been courteous and professional. This is our whole family’s go-to primary care. Works great for us.

Cristy Lou Rigrish and the team listened carefully to my concerns and ran full diagnostics. They were quick to get me in, examined, and sent necessary meds to my pharmacy instantly. I didn’t have an appointment because they allow walk-ins and it was on a Sunday morning. I am so grateful to MyDrNow for having incredible availability and staffing and all at standard dr office rates. They are top notch and go above and beyond an average doctor’s office yet my insurance doesn’t make me pay a higher co-pay like they would if I were to go to an urgent care.
The online MyChart app makes it easy to schedule an appointment at any of their locations, check in, update paperwork, refill prescriptions, and yea, they do virtual same day appointments too!
Sounds like I’m posting an ad but really I’m just spreading the good news! lol
Oh. And you can always check your lab results and notes from the doc in the app as well.
