Ark Family Health - Gilbert

I can’t say enough good things… Rebecca LeGrett at the Gilbert location is fantastic. She gets to know each of her patients in a very down to earth way. She is very understanding and makes you feel comfortable. Also very good with communication and follows up regularly herself.
As for Ark overall I have had a very good experience with the whole setup. Never had any issues with billing and they are very accommodating with scheduling. You can text message with the front desk or your provider. I HIGHLY recommend them if you don’t have insurance or have a high deductible plan. There should be more clinics with this business model!

I wish I could give Ark more stars than the 5 allowed. I went several years without insurance because of the outrageous pricing by insurance companies. And these plans would only cover my needs if I was in a catastrophic event and I would still be out of pocket for my basic health checkups. Ark is an amazing affordable option. All of that is reason enough for a great review, but the real reason is because of the amazing service I've received from Will. The follow ups I received after my visits from Will were not expected and were really above and beyond. If you're looking for an affordable option for healthcare and want a doctor that's invested in your health this is the place.

Honestly, super grateful for Ark. Love them! Super helpful. So compassionate. Always available. Very knowledgable. Such a great price and very convenient and trustworthy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Will is a blessing.
I came from a rough situation- a car accident and a neurologist that took financial advantage of the money available to charge. The neurologist shook my hand, looked me in the eyes saying he’d help, and left me with nothing and no care.
Dr. Will is the exact opposite. He’s listened to what’s wrong, given me blessed guidance, and extended safety and security. After 6 months of no answers, Dr. Will has given me and my family Hope. Thank you, Sir. I am so grateful for your compassion. My Husband is grateful for your compassion.

After visiting with Will Craighead multiple times I am confident that I will not need to find anyone else to take care of my medical needs. He is always available and readily gives me helpful advice. At ARK Family Health they really figured out The best way to provide comfortable service that is beyond reasonable! I regret going to any other doctors office, I found out that I was being overcharged hundreds of dollars because I didn’t have insurance. I later found out that I could have received the same medical treatment for literally 1/10 of what I paid.
I have already referred many friends and family too Ark and will continue to do so!

Very friendly, and they assist you right away. They are only a text a way, and that’s really helpful. The one on one experience is the best. You don’t get that usually with public doctors.

Great service! Dr. Craghead was so nice and he saw us after hours to help take care of our daughters earache.
