Marlow Ford Service Center

I had multiple issues with my Ford Edge and had been told at a non-Ford dealer it was going to be outrageously expensive to replace. So thankful I took to Marlow for a 2nd opinion! They were able to get to root of the problem and get me back on the road at a fraction of the price.

I arrived without an appointment with an older vehicle that needed attention. They diagnosed the issue, clearly communicated what was needed and repaired the vehicle in a timely manner.

Finally a service that is competent and honest! Worth the drive to Luray. A breath of fresh air after repeated rip offs from the larger dealerships.

FINALLY a dealership that I can trust. The service was quick and done in full view. I was kept informed the entire time. No surprises.

Our driveway contains a few brands other than our Ford. We were so pleased with the service on our Explorer, we have brought our Jeep and Silverado to their service center. I have brought some unique requests concerning my Silverado and they accepted my requests and executed flawlessly. My hat is off to Darrell, Virginia and all the skilled technicians.

We were on vacation in the mountains, woke up on Friday after thanksgiving and realized had a flat tire, thank goodness I had a compressor in the truck. Could not find anywhere open in Stanley Va. So, googled tire repair in Luray and it came up Marlow ford, we called and the service writer told us to be there at 230 and he would take care of it. We rolled in and they took care of Us with no problem. We want to thank everyone for the great service, Thank you again!!!

I was visiting out of town and ended up with a tire that wouldn’t hold air. They got me in at 8 am and my jeep was as good as knew in 45 minutes! It was quick and a very low cost. I’m very appreciative of Marlow Ford!

Got me in as a walk in for oil change . The people were awesome .

Experienced a problem with engine running rough, multiple warnings and no throttle response. The mechanic found multiple wires “chewed” in two, ordered parts and corrected same. I appreciate the quick response!
Maybe I could get him to fix the mouse problem too?

Love this group! Had been going to another local Ford dealership for all of my services and will just say new ownership changed their ability to treat people like people and not just money. Have a history with Marlowe Motors and opted to switch. These folks are wonderful, treat people like they’ve known them for years even though it’s the first time! They detailed my vehicle (90% happy with that though some issues), did the maintenance and replaced a CPM (ugh) in less days than the other dealership was even willing to schedule me.
