Diana was so helpful yesterday with my son’s passport application process. I had been having issues with booking an appointment on the website, and thought I had set his appointment up for yesterday. Apparently the appointment booking didn’t work. Diana took the time to get it put together and submitted for us anyhow. Thank you, Diana, for your help and cheerfulness!

Diana helped us get my passport today, she was very easy to understand & extremely friendly. Extra points for cute christmas outfit too!

Tony was incredibly helpful and personable. I had a last minute package arriving for an event that same evening which had just arrived at the post office. I visited the post office in person to check on the status. It was received but not yet registered by the Naperville Post Office, and Tony was calmly reassuring that there was a good chance it would be registered that morning. He took my number and told me he would look out for it personally and call me if it registered. Sure enough it did, he called me, and I was able to get the package just in time with no hassle. Very much appreciate Tony's pleasant and friendly demeanor, offering to go an extra mile to help out a customer and following through!

I freakin love this post office! First, they have Sunday hours, so that's great. Second, everyone who's helped me has been friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know what people are doing to get on their bad side, but I've never observed the behavior others are describing. Yes, rates are out of control, but it's not their fault. Plus, I had to call today, and THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE! Good luck getting the Downers Grove folks to pick up theirs!

Came here to write about Tony. Not surprised to see others with the same experience. My first two interactions with some of the female associates there weren't the greatest. I was pleasantly surprised when Tony took over and he was friendly, informative and took time to help our family of six get passports. During our time there some clients said hello to him by name. It's obvious that he has a fan club and I can see why. From his smile to his demeanor, he has great customer service! Thank you Tony!

Not sure where all the negativity comes from. I had a positive experience here. We had some issues with our passport application and they pointed it put, corrected it and got us out in minimal time. We were late for our appointment and they were understanding and accommodating.

This place is great. They have sunday hours. They open early and close late. Very Convenient for office goers with such schedule. And of course, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend. !!

Diana is such a gem. I had a letter that went MIA (a very important letter that was a wedding gift from my family), and she personally called me multiple times to give me updates. So grateful for people like this that take the time to help out!

One of the better P.O’s out there so when my schedule allows it, I even go out of my way to go here. Folks here take time to answer questions and offer advice, rather than chastising my ignorance on the often counterintuitive USPS shipping policies. Big shout out to Judith—she’s fantastic and if you’re lucky enough to be in her line, you’ll leave far more informed and even happier than when you went in!

I come to this post office a LOT and it's hands down the best one in the area. Workers are quick and efficient while also being kind and helpful. I think people leaving bad reviews need to reevaluate themselves; I've had too many good experiences with this post office that many of these reviews seem fabricated.

I stopped in to mail a package on my dinner break from work. It was very busy so there was no one to ask for help. I had no idea what I was doing and was about to leave since I didn't have time to wait in the long line, then Micah stepped in! Micah, thank you so much for your speedy and professional service. Now my friend back in MN will get her gift!

I love that this post office offers Sunday hours. The employees are always friendly, and when lines are long, someone comes out from the back and assists credit card customers with using the automated machines (which they have several of, but people tend to ignore them).

I came in just before closing on a weekday and was frazzled about sending some documents out on time and managed to pick the wrong envelope, etc. However, the gentleman at the desk was kind and patient with me and made sure my documents would arrive in a timely fashion, with the correct postage to boot. At no point did I feel rushed through my transaction.

Had no idea we can make money orders at USPS! Tony did an excellent job at helping me with my passport renewal. Definitely will visit this branch again. Thank you!

Weekend hours are the big plus for this location. Haven't seen that in any other USPS I've been to, in different cities. Also, some of the employees are good with their service. Tony would be one of them.

Went in to renew a passport. In and out within 15 mins. This was on a Friday at 2pm. Few years back, things were slow, considering the process occurred in the back office. But now, the application was processed at the front desk. Kudos to Tony.

Tony was the nicest employee. He went out of his way to help us with our passport! Tony is amazing!
