Personally never had any issues. Lately been selling alot of older pokemon via ebay or PayPal and the gentleman in the morning is always in a great mood with a smile.

I walked in here yesterday, and saw this woman Peggy working BY HERSELF. I went to grab a pen to fill out information, and noticed the line was almost out the door. When I finished filling out my information and looked up, the line was almost completely empty. Peggy was able to help everybody by herself, despite how busy it was. I would give 5 stars for service, and if I had to gripe about anything it would be that they could get more people in to work so that you don't have 1 person working alone.

Take in consideration the amount of mail and number of customers, with different personalities, this is reason, in and of itself, to rate the USPS 5 stars. The Oswego PO has the nicest staff. It reminds me of Cheers. I love and appreciate the beautiful people. Thanks everybody. Thanks.

I needed to sign for a package since I hadn't been home when they attempted to deliver it. When I got to the post office, there was a very short wait because another customer was buying stamps ahead of me in line, but it was not a big deal. I talked to the employee working at the counter and told her I needed to "pick up" the package, and I think it may have confused her for a moment, which certainly confused me for a moment. I elaborated and explained that I needed to sign for it. After I showed her my I.D. and confirmed my address, she got the package out of the back and I signed for it, confirmed my address, and left without a problem. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would feel good going to the Oswego Post Office again for their services.

This post office has some very great people work there. I have had good experiences sending packages and they were superstars at Christmas. I went there a few times in December and they had a line out the door every time, but it only took a few minutes to get through it. This is the little Post Office That Could.

The staff has always been great with me and my sons. They know me as a regular who started out mailing my wedding invites, baby shower invites, birthday invites and then the usual. Always greet me and offer a sweet treat to my boys. :)

Lovely, helpful employees make something that is otherwise a task pleasant. So happy that this is my local office!

I came in asking questions about my shipping options because I'm starting a small business and had no clue what I was doing, the nice man told me all my options explained the pricing, he also gave me tips and tricks on how to make things cheaper and took his time to really explain things to me, Im extremely thankful!

Quick and friendly service!

Many of the staff are not as friendly as some locations but they rarely delay when it comes to moving packages out. I no longer live in Oswego but I do work in the area and this is my preferred location to ship through when I have to bring packages with me in the mornings.
