my daughter had wayyyyyyyy too much fun @ this store!!!!

I dye my own hair regularly, however, this time something went wrong and I got “hot roots”. I did not know hot to fix this on my red/brunette hair. I came in and someone from the salon listened to my situation and checked my hair out. She directed me to two separate colors and a 10 developer and explained how to mix by parts correctly when mixing colors and to apply to roots only. She also explained why this would have happened.

I went home, did exactly what she said and it came out perfect. I only wish I had gotten her name but I am always terrible at getting names. Super helpful.

Amazing service! Carol was such a great help with a recommendation I had asked for along with her manager (whom I forgot to ask name. She had blonde hair!) thank you once again!

I stopped in to get my birthday gift. Also to get some eye makeup removal. Everyone is always very polite and helpful. A great shopping experience.

My go to store for all of my hair & skin needs! Sydney in Yorkville is always so helpful and always smiling 😃 She is always knowledgeable with the products, and so far her recommendations have been great! The curbside pick up is easy and convenient! Always no issue IF I have to return product. 5 stars!

I went into ulta tonight looking for a foundation. One of the girls( didn’t catch her name but had orangish pink hair)was super sweet and helped me find a foundation that blended nicely and covered up my pcos. She went over the different types and how to cover it up. She was very patient and helpful

I found what I needed. Ruby was very helpful in the register. Super happy 😃

I recommend Terri for choosing the right Clinique creams based on her experience on the product she help me choose whats right for me she's so nice very kind n helpful she figure out how I will save money n did the math for me! n help me for 2, 3 hrs choosing the whole set for face treatment not just for me but my mom! GO TERRI is my 2nd day with my creams n already love the feelings I can't wait what the results will be ❤

I went in after not being in a beauty store since COVID started because there was no need for new makeup. :)
Sara Adams helped me and she was so kind and helpful. She asked me questions about the products I was looking for and helped me find the right products for my skin/needs.

Love going to this store. There is always someone there to help! Thank you the beautiful girl welcoming shoppers in that inspired me to dye my hair green like hers! And Thank you to the girl with blue hair that helped me find the right products for my hair with out me having to ask her for help.

I've been coming to Ulta for a few months. I randomly selected Marissa as my stylist from their online appointment process. I have had fantastic results. I'm extremely picky with my cuts and she's always understanding and makes sure I leave feeling like a goddess.
Marissa is also knowledgeable about many of the products Ulta sells and often knows what I need before I do.
I haven't had much interaction with the rest of the staff but during checkout they're always fantastic.
I come from a customer service background and I can say they have a great staff here.

Staff is always so helpful with helping you locate whatever skincare, makeup, tools or hair stuff you’re looking for! I come to this location often so i usually know where to go anyways, but they’ll offer help or recommendations all the time!

I love Ulta! Normally I just order stuff from their website but going to the actual store is always more fun lol there are tons of different beauty brands & products. The employees were very attentive, pleasant & helpful. I will definitely return. & will definitely recommend to friends.

Obsessed with this place!!! I literally cannot go inside unless I am expecting to spend a good amount of money! They carry so many fantastic brands with a great selection! For the most part the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The rewards program is also really good if you buy a decent amount of makeup. Thumbs up! 👍

I just wanted to say a HUGE Thank you to Dee for helping me!! I had been traveling for the last 3 weeks and my face was EXTREMELY dry and red which was very unusual for me! I chose Ulta rather than a Dr visit out of state and the help I got from Dee was all I needed! My skin was so much better even before I left the store an hour later! She took great care at helping me and getting me the products I needed to help me on the road to healing! I wish I had photos of the improvement but I don't.... Thank you so very much Dee and Ulta! They didn’t have what I was looking for but she explained it was old so I guess that makes sense cause I did find similar products in the clearance section. I don’t really wear makeup 💄 so if I do return I will go back to the clearance section cause most stuff I buy just sits in my room for a year unused. Haha but I did find what I at least think to be good guys haha and the cashier Lacy was very nice in helping me. I explained my nose gets oily so I wanted to make sure the stuff I bought would work for me as I know nothing about make up. 🤷🏼‍♀👍💄the place was really nice almost like I’ve Enter red a heaven or something. And they even do hair there, I did not know. And they were all cheaper than what the tag said so that was great yay 🤓🥰🥰

They were so nice and accommodating here! My friend bought me perfume at an Ulta in Chicago and I accidentally dropped it. It was expensive and I was so hurt. I called this location after calling 2 other ones closer to my home who refused to help me. I spoke with a manager, went in, showed them my broken bottle and my receipt, told them my story..again and they replaced my perfume with no problem! I even got money back because taxes are higher in Chicago! I'll probably never forget that.

Ashley Watkins is amazing! I’ve been going to her for color for years and she’s the only person I trust with my hair. Honestly it is worth the price to come get my hair done by her. She is an expert at balayage and fine highlights, color, and styling! I found her after reaching out on a whim to get an updo as a wedding guest and she did such incredible work I have been with her ever since. Highly recommend booking with her!!! She knows what she’s doing and I always love my hair when she’s done with it!! Everyone who works here is always pretty nice as well. They all work as a team and it’s fun to watch the stylists interact with each other and clients. Feels like a little family. 5 stars!

Love, love,love Lorena!! She really knows how to work with my Spanish hair. It doesn't matter what I want..she can cut it, style it, and dye it with no problems. She is not just a hairstylist. She is an artist. I would highly recommend!!
