Love this store. I wish they had a higher stock of some items. They don't get much inventory of things.

Great job framing some art. The sales persons took her time helping me pick out the frame and mat, I could genuinely tell that she cared. I was happy how it all turned out.

It was fun looking at all of the crafting kits and different options of items to make things...some already made items seemed to be of cheap quality...ie materials or construction...light weight plastics and wood...things were in similar construction like items I have seen at Dollar Tree but items at Michael's were priced $25-$30 for a single item ...some of these types of items could possibly be found at Dollar Tree for $1.25...but it was fun just getting ideas for things to make and my grand daughter loved the Dragon figurines...similarly made to the farm animals...a sort of rubberized material but they would be fun to collect...many different types or styles of Dragons...Michael's also supports Pride month

I was helped by April who was very busy but took time to help me. Even when she thought they did not have what I was asking for she continued to look and she found that they did have it. Then she checked local stores to see if any of them had the other item I was looking for. Amanda was the cashier and she too was very friendly and helpful.

I HAD to write a review for Lily. She is such an awesome employee and she deserves to be recognized. We came in near closing time... I am sure she had plenty of closing duties she was trying to complete. Still, she gave every single customer in line a personalized experience. What really wowed me is when she ran out to the parking lot to find a customer that had forgotten one of their bags. I was impressed! Give that girl a raise!

Lily was super friendly and engaging at the register especially for all the trouble i put her through accidentally at the register during closing time. She was super sweet and took her time to make sure i was satisfied with my visit, and asking me what i was going to do with the items i had purchased.

Lily was very kind and high energy, being sure to offer the rewards program and app to every customer. I hope this company values her skills and gives her the appreciation and pay she deserves!

It's Michaels- what is there not to love? The store is organized and clean. It has absolutely all of your crafting needs! If you are looking for certain crystals 👀 you won't find many here, besides rose quartz and a couple others. The staff is kind and courteous. Plus the 40% discounts are always amazing!✨

I never shopped here before, but I saw something online that was too cute to pass up. So easy to order and do curbside pickup. Quick and convenient so I didn't have to shop in store. Will keep ordering from here!!

They had exactly what I needed and had a better selection than the local hobby shop I normally go to. Their website will show you what particular aisle the product you're looking for is, which I absolutely love and wish more businesses did this.

Great place for crafts. Even though I rarely find what I'm looking for here, I always find other things I forgot about. I really wished they had NFC payment options, as I sometimes don't carry a wallet, but that's no deal breaker.

I have been in love with this store for awhile now. I gladly drive the 3 hours to come here just for the various things I can get here, but if that isn't enough for most people then you should check out the customer service representatives in this store! Wonderful if I could give more 🌟 I would!

This Michael's always seems to be clean and have what we need. I find all of their stores to be under staffed though. It's kind of frustrating sometimes. I give them 5 stars because I know this affects the employees more than corporate.

I always look forward to a visit here. The craft section is amazing online or in store. The members program is awesome too! Getting free or discounted stuff for your birthday.
