I was there maybe around 8 tonight. Whoever the lady at the drive thru was -was amazing<3

I've drank Starbucks for most of my adult life. I've lived in Oswego for over 3 years. So why I hadn't been to the Oswego Starbucks before last Saturday, I couldn't tell you.

I ordered about 7 minutes ahead of my arrival for pickup inside. Then, I waited for about 7 minutes inside. That sounds like a long time, but HOLY SMOKES! I have never seen so many coffee zombies circling a group of frenetic green-aproned young women! It was wild. I commend them all for maintaining their cool.

And the salted caramel cold brew is to die for.

The service I received was terrific. I ordered five completely different drinks and messed up while ordering at least two of them. Employee did not get an attitude or appear to be annoyed when I made these orders but actually completely understood me even through my mistake.

Parking and drive though are THE WORST! But the service and food/ coffee is great... might be why parking and drive-thru are always busy..

This location is the BEST!!
The nicest employees work here.
Very patient if you aren't sure what to order.
They will take the time to explain the drinks to you. Some people dont know every drinks ingredients and how they taste.
This Starbucks will help you select the one for you!

This is my go to Starbucks. Service is consistently fast and courteous. Are there issues? Yes. Parking lot full sometimes. Is that bad? Yes and no. If it is so bad why are so many people here. A lot of people use the drive thru. They must get something right. People keep coming back!!!

The staff member that took our order was friendly & upbeat. Our drink came fast & was perfectly made. They worked through the long line quickly.

During Covid-19 Season, with a busy drive through, they still process your order in less time than the Starbucks app states. My last visit, only one person is allowed in the doorway. I know this, because I was told to step outside LOL (Huge sign saying one person only). The person taking the online orders is getting a lot of walking in and is still pleasant. Awesome store!

The Yorkville location was closed, so I've been here a couple of times and the coffee was great. The order was hot, accurate, and pretty fast considering the length of the drive-through queue. Very friendly staff as well.

Always a friendly welcome when you walk in. Drive through sometimes has a line but moves rather quickly. Huge variety of coffees, hot and cold. Other drinks too like teas and stuff that j have no idea what they are, lol. Pastries are delicious, little pricey but worth the money.

Yes, you pay a bit more for Starbucks, but it's a very consistent product, unlike the cheaper places, quality is a huge question mark.

Sean is awesome, made me the best keto friendly coffee I've ever had. Showed great customer service skills, all while it was mad busy. Helped me with my app too.

Consistently above the corporate standards for cleanliness and time.in lines for walk in and drive thru. If you're a regular, they know your name and drink and make you so welcome. Good crew of people.

What can I say just like everyone that likes Starbucks I love it!!!! I'm more of the refresher drinks than coffee...the new pineapple 🍍 refresher loooove it!!!! People you need to try this you will love it it's so refreshing!!!

Friendly staff. They make my drinks exactly how I like it. When you ask for extra of something for instance carmel they give you lots of carmel which is something other locations i have visited didn't do well with

I have discovered I love Frappuccinos.

Normally crowd but I advise using the Starbucks app to order your products to get them easier and faster throw the pickup service

Fast and friendly service! Great cider and coffee!! The cheese Danish is delicious!
