Amazing experience! Darwin went out of his way to give me a makeover and really walk me through each step and how each product works and what it’s good for. Couldn’t be more thankful for how beautiful he made me feel. I walked out with an entire new makeup routine. He wasn’t at all pushy you could just tell he really loved his job and knew his stuff! Highly recommend this Mac Store and asking Darwin anything as he is SUPER helpful :)

My friend and I came in on Wednesday and was greeted with a warm welcome from Eleen. We needed to be color matched & not only did she help us both find our shades, she was super informative and we didnt feel rushed (like another store we shall not mention). She was all around amazing and represents MAC extremely well. Thank you, Eleen!

Love MAC on Gramercy !! Tawny is awesome and knows exactly what I want when I need my makeup done . Everyone is so amazing, friendly and talented MUA. They know their stuff and They are my people !! my staple MAC products are spiked eyebrow pencil , lashes (83s), mulch eyeshadow , Bronx lip and chestnut lipliner . These colors never miss with my skin tone 🙌🏽

I was there 3/16/21. The two MAC employees were extremely friendly and helpful!!! I actually enjoyed my shopping experience. And one employee found a store that carried the sold out eye shadow I wanted. He also gave me a few quick tips on layering my shadow-he was awesome! Thanks lady & gent!

I went to this location (i live 2 hours away) and received the wrong lipstick shade. I called & informed them and the manager was SUPER understanding about everything , apologized and sent me a gift card so I could order the right shade without making the drive , and even let me keep the wrong lipstick shade I received. She was VERY sweet and patient and understanding about the whole thing , and my problem was fixed with no problems at all. Definitely love this location and would recommend it to anyone !

I had the best experience ever today in mac. Marsha I believe that was her name she was the manager I went in with know makeup on because I needed foundation! She did the whole get up for me eyes, lips everything made me feel special and took her time, she new it was my birthday weekend after talking with her! Definitely will be going back! Thanks girl! You rock!

A week ago, I stopped by the MAC counter to inquire about eyelashes and cosmetics for my birthday. I spoke with Kyle who was very pleasant and helpful. I decided to go back yesterday, day before my Birthday and again, Kyle was there. He successfully juggled about 3-4 customers with excellent service and patience. I got my lashes done, purchased new cosmetics and will definitely be back all because of Kyle's great service and personality.

All 5 stars! It was my first time visiting a MAC so I had no idea what to expect. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly saleswoman named Shakunda, who honestly helped me have an incredible shopping experience. She took me straight to the products I was looking for (eyeliner brush and mascara), explained them efficiently, and never made me feel inadequate for not being a cosmetics expert. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with products that I was satisfied with. On top of it all, Shakunda was so warm and friendly that she really brightened up my day! If I'm ever in the Columbus area again, I'll definitely stop by to visit this MAC.

We went in to get help selecting product for my daughter to wear when performing on stage. Darwin was amazing and helped us not only with application but also selecting the best colors for the look we wanted!

Let me tell you. I walked in with my daughter at 4:30 on a homecoming Saturday. I explained that her appointment at Ulta was mixed up and they didn't try to accommodate her or make it right. I asked if they could squeeze her in for a makeover. Even if just her eyes. Well Leslie and a man, I didn't get his name, figured out how to get her done. 35 minutes later, Leslie had literally laid my girl out. This was an amazing experience with a professional team. Excellent makeover. We will be back come Prom season.

I had the best experience ever, my makeup artist Melro was amazing. She made me feel like a true QUEEN and I could not think her enough. Bot only did she perfect by beauty on the outside, she made you feel like a phenomenal woman on the inside by the time you got out of her chair. Such a pleasant, humble, kind woman. Ask for Melrow if you happen to stop by this location

Had to run in here to get a gift card for a friend, and while she was working with another customer Shakunda noticed me, let me know she'd be over to help in a moment, and took care of my purchase easily and efficiently.
While it's a hike to get to this location (from the other side of town), I'm glad the people working here know how to run a store!

David was AWESOMEEE he matched my concealer and foundation to the tttttt made sure it wasn’t cakeyyy and made sure it matched Totallly recommend going to David he will get you together for your makeup needs ❤❤❤❤

They color matched me and showed me the perfect contour shade! I had no idea I was using a foundation darker than my skin, and showed me the perfect formula for my skin.
