I highly reccomend this Zales location, particularly because of Jill. Jill has gone above and beyond every single time I have interacted with her. Previous locations have messed up my wedding ring in the past, so I have a lot of anxiety sending it away for repairs or maintenance. Jill has made all that anxiety vanish! I know I can trust her with my jewelry. Definitely come to this location!

Had the best experience at shopping ZALES, received the best customer service from Lizette, Helped my fiancé and I find beautiful rings for us. Would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be coming back.

Ms. Elizabeth was very kind. She helped me clean my rings and added on a necklace to my wish list! She said she'll even remind me of my next cleaning and if the necklace I really want ends up getting sold. Shes not pushy at all and just overall a great help. I will be coming back to get that necklace and working with her :)

Look at these 2 stunning bracelets! They wouldn’t have been a possibility had it not been for Jill’s customer-centric, out-of-the-box thinking. We moved more than 2 hours from the store and although there are closer Zales locations, we insist on doing our business with Jill! Fatima and Lizette are both incredible!! They were super helpful and were able to help me with buying a secret anniversary ring for my wife. We also bought our original wedding rings here. Prices are great. This time the ring was finished a week earlier than originally thought. Great surprise!
