I worked with JBD to revamp both my parents wedding rings for their 40th anniversary. The rings came out absolutely perfect and they were both blown away. Amanda and Andrew were just fantastic and a delight to work with. Everyone in the store really knows their stuff. They gave me good trade in value for my scrap gold. They completed my very complex projects on time and within budget. I enjoyed the entire experience and can’t wait to work with them again.

My fiancé and I went here today and this was the best experience we’ve had searching for a wedding band. Katy helped us through this process and definitely recommend her! They have the best selection of bands we’ve seen. We will 100% come back to work with Katy for future purchases.Thank you Katy for helping us find our perfect bands!

I stopped in to get to batteries replaced in two separate watches. Was cheerfully greeted by one of the most helpful, pleasant, friendliest young lady that represented herself, her employer, and the entire business refreshingly completely impressive. Thank you so much to her and the other employees that made my experience one of the best that you could imagine.

I was greeted at the door and introduced to a representative. They said look at our collection of fine jewelry, and if they may help me with something they would be happy too.

Jewelry by Design is our trusted jeweler! We were a little worried when the store was sold but those worries were unfounded. We actually travel from Maryland to shop there and have our items repaired. Amanda did an awesome job helping me find a pair of gold hoop earrings. I purchased a pair from JBD years ago and recently lost one. Amanda found a pair that are perfect.

Yolanda was a true professional and did a great job designing and building my new ring ! I highly recommend her as she was honest, cooperative, and a real expert of the jewelery business !!

I have gone in to Jewelry By Design few times now to either get my rings fixed or resized. Everytime I go in the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt pressured to buy anything or to purchase another service. Although I have made purchases in the store! The quality is over the top and I have no doubt the pieces will be my family's heirloom pieces. The store is clean and maintained, I have never noticed dust build up.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! I brought in some tangled necklaces which Andrew untangled for me. They replaced the battery in my watch immediately. And while I was there, I found a couple of beautiful earrings to purchase. Such a splendid visit! Thank you!

The new Jewelry By Designs staff has been awesome. Having been a long time customer of the original store I have been so impressed with the new staff. We’ve had old jewelry repaired, appraisals and purchased new pieces. In every case, Jewelry By Designs has not failed to provide outstanding service.

Clean friendly kind understanding i went in with a big request and she said it wont be done till late January i got the text the 26 its done it was beautiful better then i could imagine and the cost was not what i expected i was way cheaper then i thought i was able to surprise my daughter she got her grandma back around her neck ty ty ty great place wont go anywhere else this is my daughter and her grandmother in the pink now she is back ty agian

Simply the BEST jewelry store in the NoVA area. Staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable on basic to advanced jewelry pieces. Online and in store inventory has the most selection of unique pieces I have ever seen. I worked with Katy and she is top notch! Highly recommended!

My husband passed away 2 1/2 years ago. I've been looking for a jewelry store that could take his wedding ring and mine and melt them down together to create an everyday widows ring. To my surprise not many places in our area was equipped to do that. A friend recommended Jewelry by Design in Woodbridge VA. I called, they could do it, set up an appointment and off we went. I found my inspiration ring at their store and it took approx. 4 weeks to create it. Below is a picture of the final product. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend Jewelry by Design. Jon Caro had designed my Mother in Law's wedding band, which my wife always loved. The wedding band was beautifully wrapped around the engagement ring. My wife and I went to him with a very specific vision for our wedding bands hoping he would be able to make them, and he did. Jon is the most talented and skilled jeweler we have ever seen. My band is a white gold band with reverse beading around the center which is filled with blue ceramic. My wife's band consists of two bands designed to look as though they are wrapped around her engagement ring and her bands are filled with blue sapphires. Thank you Jon for making our vision a reality!
