Carlos was so helpful at Reeds! We needed to exchange two rings because they were too big. The rings were out of stock but Carlos delivered something even better and with a smile at that! He even saved us a few bucks with the different rings. The one on my finger is the new ring! All that to say he was amazing. Thank you Carlos!

They help me pick out all of the unique jewelry pieces I needed for my groom, son, mother, matron of honor, maid of honor, and new sister -in-law! I left, completely completely satisfied and feeling like everyone I wish to honor on my wedding day will be exceptionally happy.

Loved it there when I walked in I was greeted by Miriam who was super nice and informative. While I just went into the store for a jewelry cleaning her and Carlos were super helpful and did a great job!!!

I want to thank Carlos for showing me all the wonderful rings they had to upgrade even though I was very indecisive. Than Marissa came up with a wonderful plan to switch out my stone to a bigger stone witch it was a pear shape and keep my wedding bands as original. And let me tell you when I received it today I CRIED! TEARS OF JOY! I was so shock how my ring turn out! Marissa I want to thank her for helping me with upgrading my diamond ring to a pear shape! I’m super obsessed and can’t stop crying! It’s so beautiful! If it was me I would give reeds 100 stars!!!!!!!!

Mariam was such a wonderful associate. She helped polish my traditional gold jewelry passed down by my mother, for my daughter's wedding. She took such wonderful care of my pieces and walked me through the process. There were two other assistants that added to my experience, Chris and Marissa. They checked in while I waited and ensured I was comfortable with the process as these were precious gold pieces. Overall this was such an outstanding experience, I will definitely be visiting this location again.
