My awesome mail lady delivered to my back door just like I need !!! It wasn't written on this package but she remembered!!! Kudos!!!!!

They follow Covid guidelines at this office. They were also very friendly.

I have literally watched these people come to my apartment with no package and place a pickup slip in the mailbox on many occasions. They do not even attempt to deliver the package. This time it has been a week and I tried to arrange redelivery but they simply took the slip and never delivered. Whenever I go to the actual office they are 30 minutes late opening the office and then the make you stand there for a long time, and then are very rude to you. This place is terrible

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Post Office I have ever experienced. They don’t have a direct phone number nor do they deliver packages in a timely fashion. My package has been sitting at there facility for 4 days now and my tracking number says “Awaiting Delivery”. This place should be shut down immediately.

They will put a letter in your mailbox saying you need to come and sign for a letter but when you go to the post office to pick it up it is never there. You sometimes have to wait days for it to be signed for. So unorganized and the post master will NOT address this issue even though I complain ALOT because I get certified letters 2-3 times a year.. This post office is a joke and very unprofessional !!

I have been calling this office for a week and yet there is NO REPRESENTATIVE to answer the PHONE!!! They need to FIRE everyone that works there. This is INSANE… pick up the phone and answer the phone!!! I am calling for an important question I need to ask and yet no one answers it… if I could give 0 STARS I would

It will be nice to be able to receive my mail in my mail box and not my neighbors.
This is crazy my mail get send back to sender, because the mail lady place my mail on the wrong mail box 75% off the time,and places my neighbors mails on mines.
This got to stop, I know there is a shortage of people, but you guys are federals, you got to do better than this with people mail.
Can I get my mail only in my mail box please.!!!!!

Why do they choose the angriest, least helpful, most unknowledgeable people to work the front counter?

They stole my overnight package that was supposed to be delivered on June 21, 2022 and 2 different supervisors acted like on 2 different days they was going to call my back once they contact the carrier driver but neither one never did. It is June 24, 2022. It was out for delivery on the 21 but it was never delivered...Shameful place.

Ms Brown, Manager/rbwf, Was very UNHELPFUL when contacted about my package being “delivered” to the wrong person/address. It obviously was an error made by whatever USPS carrier was working Easter Sunday. I asked to be contacted by phone when I requested help online. Instead, I’m sent an email suggesting I “contact local law enforcement” if I suspect theft. I don’t suspect theft! I KNOW the package was never delivered to my home. Thanks for brushing me off with a nonsensical email response.

I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 STARS! This post office deserves zero stars. I put a hold on my mail while I was out of town. During that time they "supposedly" delivered a package - DURING THE MAIL HOLD. Then, when all of the mail was supposed to be delivered, it was not. I filed a formal complaint but, none of my mail including checks and debit cards for an entire week can be located. Three weeks later, mail that should have been delivered (informed delivery) was not delivered. The post office at North Point had been managing our mail up until a couple of months ago when the Patterson Post Office took over our area. We never had one problem in over 15 years with North Point Post Office managing our mail, but we have had three big problems with the Patterson Post Office since they have started managing our area.

Trying to reach a person via telephone is the worst experience possible. I can't believe even a fraction of my tax dollars goes to support this infuriating service. I got a text that they attempted delivery of a package for me, but there was not a notice nor was there any evidence anyone from the USPS came to the building. I was home all day awaiting the delivery. When I tried to contact them for a redelivery, I got to participate in their endless loop VRU, their 30 minute wait queue and their inept call agents. I still don't have any idea where my package is or when I will get it.

I have never had an issue w/ my Hubble delivery ever - until today. UPS surrendered my order on the 13 of Mar. There is NO TRACKING data for my order since the day order was given to USPS. This invisible data does not exist on any other order placed w/ the past two years I have used Hubble contacts. This branch needs to hire a PI to locate missing packages. That individual will NEVER go bankrupt.
