I’m very happy Aldo was able to help me out . He was able to quickly set up service on a new phone I bought . Also , they do phone repairs and the quote I received here was much cheaper than the quote from Best Buy . I highly recommend this location for fast and great service ! I came in to the Boost Mobile store to see about an issue I was having with my android phone. The headphone jack would not disconnect. Sandra was able to go through a troubleshooting process and was able to reset abd fix my phone in a timely manner. Sandra was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely come back to the Boost Mobile store in West Chicago.
