Robin at the Barnard US Post Office was so helpful yesterday. I was trying to decide to use the flat rate or the priority boxes. She saw me standing there and the look on my face and came over and explained the difference between the two, then looked at what I was shipping and selected the most inexpensive way. Then she taped everything up for me, got me labels and I was done. Great customer service and I didn't even have to ask. Thank you!

Great experience. I walked to the post office and bought postcard stamps. I was a little worried to go there because of all of the bad reviews. The lady who helped me was so nice and professional. I told her about the bad reviews and she’s going to look into it.

Sure, sometimes these ladies have an attitude. Wouldn’t you? ;) I actually love this place, and if you are very nice to the staff they will be nice to you, too.

All of the postal employees are very nice and helpful. They put up cute holiday decorations and try to make the post office environment welcoming for everyone.

I’ve used this post office multiple times and I can say that their employees are efficient and super friendly. Never any long lines either.

It’s a post office so nothing too bad about it. The ladies at the desk aren’t super friendly but that’s alright. I didn’t have any problems shipping packages and mail form here, they all arrived on time.

It’s not that bad. Maybe I was lucky 😛

If your package comes on a Monday (for example), and it arrives after 10am on that day, don't expect it in your PO Box until the next Tuesday morning. Will not handle arriving packages unless its already there before opening on that day, stupidly stubborn. Something of mine arrived at 3pm (closes at 5!) and they REFUSED to go back and obtain it for me. Yikes. Otherwise things are fine and most employees are miserable and often act excessively tired and sour. I'm still kind though when I need something from the store or desk.

This is my third review of a post office. All in different states... which is super sad. I’m sure they are under staffed and under funded but still. I have been in Savannah for only two months and two packages have gone missing. It makes me want to email anyone I’m purchasing product from to not mail it USPS. It’s always the same run around.. contact the seller and the seller says contact your local post office. The post office seems unwilling to help and that’s it. Then I have to write a frustrated email to the seller even though it’s not their fault. Where does this stuff even go??
