The window clerks were nice, respectful, and very knowledgeable asked a question.

they helped me figure stuff out, i went to the wrong store. ur supposed to go to the auto parts store for services like fedex and ups. if your a scad student you can use the scad services but if you need to send packages you need to go inside the auto parts store

I received superior customer service from Tanah for 2 situations. She ensured that I was informed and that my packages were delivered even after an address discrepancy.

The ladies at the service desk of this Post Office have never been anything other than courteous and helpful to me.
I was worried about coming here because of the reviews, but they have been above reproach.
Perhaps people need to take a moment and remember they have a job to do and it isn't to make sure your day goes smooth and flawless.

Post office is working to handle the customers as needed a needed and are helpful. When it is the holidays it may take longer wait but not longer than 10 minutes bvb it EA sa. It u sa a wait in,line. It is normal time the clerk sees customers

The workers at the window are patient, helpful and polite. I’ve never had a long wait. Even during the holidays.
