DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

While looking for a certain pair of shoes that I always buy for work. I could not find them. I asked the gentleman who is working on the floor, and he said whatever is out is out I went to the counter and asked the girl behind the counter if she could call another store to see if they had them. She then went in the back and found the exact Size and shoe that I was looking for. Her name is Dallas. Let me tell you don’t get customer service like that anymore. Thank you Dallas!

I went in to get shoes for work and found a great pair but not in the right size so I went to ask if they had any in the back. Sandy let me know that unfortunately they didn’t have any at Plainville but they did and Farmington and she was unbelievably helpful and friendly putting them on hold over there so I could pick them up! Thank you!

This is generally one of the first places I check whenever our family needs shoes. They have many styles and sizes to choose from and their prices are not that bad. Overall I would give them a good rating.

I currently work at DSW and have been working there for almost 3/4 of a year. I say this truthfully- I always enjoyed coming into work. There is something about the store that makes you happy when you walk in (maybe it's because of all of the shoes which is every women's dream), but it's a very happy environment to be in.

Even though they didn't have what I wanted, they had a great selection and great staff

This place is dangerous. Walked in looking for some sneakers walked out with 3 pairs of shoes. Great deals, on great shoes, be careful
