Great place to shop if you need supplements. Owner is informed and helpful. Just got some citric acid to clean my coffee pot and it worked like a charm. So much more then just vitamins.

This is a wonderful health food store!! They have all sorts of items that are a little hard to get. The people are awesome too! And that makes all the difference in the world! Debbie I believe was the owner and was a wonderfully kind woman who makes it a comfortable place to shop and ask questions! What used to be common is not so much anymore. Need more places like this in the valley! I’d give more stars if possible.

I absolutely love this store and everyone who works there. They are so helpful and have had advice for everything I was looking/wondering about! I recommend stopping by and checking them out, I can guarantee you'll go back!

I’ve tried many different prescription medications for PTSD and anxiety, all of which pose a potential risk to my breastfed baby. I decided to take a step in faith and the direction Mark has given me has been more the helpful! I feel much calmer with the feeling of dread basically gone, all with no danger to my child! He is very interested and focused on helping people live life in a healthy way, and I would recommend this store to everyone regardless of the range of symptoms you may have!
