You made a stressful thing very simple and lifted the stress off our shoulders, and you did it with kindness and a smile! I want to thank Mr. Daniel Cruz for being so kind and putting a new battery in for me. I had to be in Columbus in the morning. He was so friendly!!

I bought some air-conditioning additive. The can worked halfway then the refrigerant escaped from where it shouldn't have. I returned the can a few hours later and this time had a counter tech come and help and they got it done with no issue. Also, I thought I would have to pay for a second can, but they exchanged the defunct original can evenly for another. That was unexpected b/,c the cans are over $50. Excellent and helpful staff on duty that day.

Larry z helped me fixed my car he even put a new part in for me! He was very helpful and nice !

Tricia was such a great help. I had no idea what I needed to take off my license plate and she helped me the entire time and was super friendly.

Went in to get headlights and brake lights. A woman behind the counter was very friendly and changed the headlights for me since I have a pacemaker/Defibrillator and should not be working around the car battery. Great service!

Always have a great experience here at W.Tusc. These men here are so helpful and nice. I bought a turn signal light and the man put it in for me FREE. How awesome is that? They do other things as well for you FREE when you purchase them from the store. Good people!!!

Went in and 15 minutes later was on my way. I needed a new battery. I walked in the door, immediately was greeted by a sales associate and asked if I needed help with anything. I told them my SUV needed a battery, they looked it up, gave me several choices. I purchased one and they installed it immediately. There were several people shopping so they were a little busy. I'm very pleased with Auto Zone.

The guy who works there, I wish I would have got his name so I could recognize him to his boss bc he was awesome. He went out of his way to check my battery out to see what was wrong with it then fixed the posts so that the ring things around the posts were down all the way and getting a good connection. Manual labor on my car isn't part of his job but he did it anyway, I was so impressed to see him go above and beyond for a customer at work. Customer service is a plus at that store!

These guys are amazing- drove from dayton on my bike robert jones should be employee of the year making sure i got home safe.

Absolutely amazing staff. The commercial staff alone is by far some of the top tier that Auto specialist could ever hope to work with! Must give credit work credits due, but with staff like Brett and Trish making what seems to be miracles happen compared to there competition, how could you ever fail and be anything less than perfect! 👍👍👍
