Since I found Susan I have gone no where else! She has fixed my jewelry, remade several pieces, and even redid my wedding g ring for my 25th anniversary. I would go nowhere else! I just picked up my wedding ring which had cracked (unbeknownst to me - I went in to have it cleaned), and she not only fixed the crack, but tightened all of the prongs and cleaned it beyond recognition. All of this and did not even charge me! These guys are top notch!

Love having an independent jeweler that really takes care of your precious pieces! I had my engagement ring & necklace cleaned, and he's having a ring resized. Great service and the sweet dog that greets you is just adorable!!

Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable! We purchased a ring here and came back to have it resized. They resized it (down a size) within an hour and without charge. While we were there, they were also able to quickly quote us a competitive price for another custom ring and they even looked over anither piece of jewelry of ours to let us know if it was authentic and worth a full appraisal or not. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I have had a few pieces of jewelry fixed here over the years. I recently had a piece of jewelry altered for an anniversary gift and they did exactly what I envisioned! Staff is friendly, helpful and they do great work. I would definitely recommend!

I have used this jeweler for years. She made me a “ribbon” ring out of diamonds of different sizes that I inherited and it is gorgeous! She’s also sized many of my pieces for me. She reset my engagement ring and added stones to it. It came out stunning. I highly recommend them. All of the staff is warm and friendly and they do amazing work! Love Love Love them!!!

I purchased an amazing estate ring in memory of my Grandma. The band was very thin as it’s from the 1930’s. Susan created a thicker band that looks original to my ring. The quality of her workmanship is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you kindly 🥰

Susan has repaired a celtic cross for me twice over the past 10 years. I was referred to her by another jeweler. He said she did excellent work with laser welding. He was 100% correct. Fantastic work at very reasonable prices.
