I liked the number of two toned jewelry they had available. High quality items. I had a watch resized that was a bit tricky but their most senior jeweler was there and got it done without any issues. Highly recommend!

After jewelry shopping "all day, one day", my husband & I decided to visit William Jeffrey's.
Had we known how top notch their service was, we would've bypassed the other jewelry stores and gone straight to them.
We never felt rushed or pushed to purchase a thing during the 2 hours we were there.
Ultimately we found exactly what we were looking for.
Every staff member was a joy to be around. They were helpful and cheerful, even during the height of Christmas shopping season.
The owner, Jeffrey personally helped us! He's the best.

I would highly recommend William Jeffrey jewelers. I was looking for a last minute Christmas gift for my teenage son. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by several friendly and welcoming employees. They talked me through some options and helped me find the perfect cross chain for my son. I Wanted a chain that would not tarnish or break but would not break the bank . My Son loves his chain. It’s perfect! I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you!

Very helpful staff. I had an earring that needed repair. The repair was done quickly and for free. Also, the jewelry designs are beautiful. I would highly recommend this Jewelry store.

Sales staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They have a great understanding of gemstones and very knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of quality jewelry in every price range. I would recommend checking them out and would not choose anyone else with my fine jewelry.

My husband purchased my wedding ring set back in June 2000. Since then one of the little diamonds in my wrap-around fell out. Morgan took wonderful care of my inquiries and needs. She was extremely informative and answered all my questions. I not only had the wedding band fixed and enhanced, but I also dropped off my engagement ring to have the set reappraised. I now have both rings and they are stunning, all cleaned, polished, with enhanced prongs. Morgan is a blessing to her profession and is great to work with. I had my ring fixed after having it cut off for surgery. There were other things that needed to be fixed as well. Picked my ring up today and it was absolutely beautiful. More beautiful than the d a y my husband gave it to me 38 years ago. Love it! ❤. I would highly recommend William Jeffrey's Jewelers to everyone.

I'll start with this... I am not a jewelry guy.
I own three pieces of jewelry in the world, my wedding band, my Claddaugh ring, and a simple gold (plated) rope chain with a simple (real) gold Cross on it.
The ring that suspends the Cross from the chain failed so I brought it to Wm. Jeffrey's to see if they could repair it.
Morgan was immediately welcoming and gracious, listened to my concerns, and worked up several options.
Never did I feel like I was being "judged" for it not being "fancy" jewelry.
Never did I feel like I was going to be "sold" something.
What I DID feel was that she genuinely understood how much that simple chain and Cross meant to me, and genuinely wanted to make it right.
She made me feel comfortable and that she CARED.
When a change needed to be made in how the jeweler was going re-attach the Cross, Morgan called me, explained, and made sure I was comfortable with the minor increase in the estimate.
When I came in to pick up my necklace I almost didn't recognize it. The chain sparkled more and the Cross shined more than I ever remembered (I have had the Cross since +/- 1989).
Not only did they repair and re-attach it, they cleaned both pieces.
It's the little things that matter.
Customer service is a dying art.
But Morgan and the rest of the staff here demonstrated it to the highest level.
And I appreciate that.
(I'm STILL not a big jewelry guy tho...)

This is a wonderful professional jeweler, all of the staff (over several visits) were attentive and informative, and most importantly, patient and cheerful. I have always had a positive experience here, so even after moving out of hanover I travel back to do business there, with people I can trust and rely on.

Morgan made our experience flawless. She welcomed us with a positive attitude and was very helpful in helping us pick out a chain. She educated us on which chain would be best and reassured us that once creating an account, we could exchange our chain for a different length or style if needed.

The staff at William Jeffrey's is professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They re-sized my great-grandmother's ring for me and went above & beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with it. They have given me background information on each piece of jewelry I have purchased from them and made sure I am happy with each - not just satisfied but happy. I trust them and plan on dealing with them for all of my jewelry from heirloom to fun!
