I have always had a good experience at this facility. Not usually crowded (at the right time of day), the clerks are all business and efficient. Large lobby with room to social distance. Large selection of products, including greeting cards, for sale.

The guy who was here at 4:30 on a Friday was super kind and fast! He made sure to ask if I needed any stamps or packaging supplies which was super helpful!

Everytime I go inside I have a great experience. The employees are always professional & nice. Service with a smile.

Businesslike professional helpful drive 5 miles past another one to use them.

The mail personnel constantly delivers our mail to our neighbors. Their delivery times fluctuates wildly. I use informed mail but yet the mail doesn't match what's in informed mail on a daily basis.

The location is out if site, if you don't know its there- you will never find it. 3 star based on the lady who waited on me, she was not very happy to be at work. I wasn't expecting much since I was only mailing a package, but saying hello in thank you for coming or enjoy your day, or happy new year would be acceptable. She was like the parents in Charlie Brown...wonk.wonk.wonk

The old hag (lady) at the front desk with white hair was very rude and unprofessional during my transaction. However, all the other employees were very nice and helpful so I give it 2 stars. If you get the misfortune of dealing with this old hag though I feel bad for you. It also appears that I am not the only one who has felt this way about this lady so it is a common issue at this location. They should seriously consider what value she brings to the workplace, because obviously costumer satisfaction is not one of them.

The old lady that works here needs to retire. Quickly. She’s completely rude, unhelpful and dismissive. My dad worked for the Postal Service for 32 years and retired as a Postmaster. If he’d been with me, he would have ripped her a new one.

Every Tuesday we have a substitute mail driver cause our regular driver is off , so on every other Tuesday we never receive mail ,none cause substitute can’t deliver in timely manner !

First I want to say I have never read such horrible reviews about our postal service, but I must say they are 100% correct. I moved to the 3rd floor of my apartment complex they only thing that changed in my address was the apartment number. I’m able to see the mail that is to be delivered to my address 2 weeks now no mail. I have been in my apartment for over 2 mos now I called spoke to someone was told no mail delivered due to no staff, what in the world is going on. I was promised that day my mail would be delivered nothing in mail box. I called the next day someone picked up the phone and hung up I tried to fax a note number not in service. What is my next step. I really don’t no what else to due. What is this world coming to no more customer service. I work in the medical field and care and customer service is top priority for me at least. I’m not such is I want to go face to face with the lady that has long white hair. I due wish her much happiness and a very Merry Christmas. From a person who cares and only wants her mail.

This is the worst post office EVER! I have been here for 20 minutes and still no help. Awful experience!

I don’t trust this post office. I mailed four cards at the same time by dropping them in the outside mail boxes. Two of the cards had gift cards in them and two did not. The cards without the gift cards made it to their recipients within two days. The cards with the gift cards have yet to be delivered. Even put extra stamps on the cards. It’s been two weeks. I’m sure the recipients of the gift cards will never get them and I have no proof or recourse.

The lady I dealt with was short with me and very unhelpful. They need to stock the front with mailing boxes if they don't want to be troubled with finding the right size box. The lady left on break and the man that help me check out was nice but I told him I needed to 2 day it because of the taffy. It's going to Texas and it is so hot there I didn't want it to melt. He changed it to 2 day he said. When I got home I went to track it and noticed he put it for 3 day:/ seriously this office needs a lot of work on customer service and their knowledge of their services they offer. Or be terminated. This wasn't the 1st time I dealt with the lady. I had to bring a letter that was supposed to be signed for that was left in my mail box. And all the lady cared about was it was the wrong address not that the delivery person didn't get it signed before leaving it. It was important medical papers. Stamped big on the front.
