I have used this bodyshop for the past few years now and I have learned almost immediately that these people care, and they are excellent quality workers as far as I’m concerned! They do amazing work and they not only care about your satisfaction but until they are satisfied with their own work the car will NOT leave the parking lot! They are so patient and understanding with their customers and treat you as if you are family! I can honestly say to anyone that uses this shop you will not regret taking your vehicle here to have work done to it they make it just as good as it was before the damage happened or whatever had to be done it’s always AMAZING work! When they get done with my car it always looks as beautiful as it was the day I bought it and as far as I am concerned they are the best bodyshop in the NRV hands down!!! And as long as I live around here there will never be any other place that I will take my car!!! Big fan and anyone else should be too!!! Also before I finish I want to say that they have even fixed my tires that I had rotated at another mechanic and they let me drive away with it out of balance and these people took it in and lifted it up looked at them and balances them for me because they didn’t want me riding around ruining my tires or worse that’s how big of a heart they have too! Look how beautiful my car is after they get done with it! Just like when I bought it 6 years ago! So happy!

Went into Dean’s yesterday for a blown AC compressor. Not only did they look at and diagnose it for free, they made sure my van was up and running again that same day.
Dave and Jeremy were fantastic and the overall customer service was great.
Will definitely be coming back for any vehicle issues in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Dean's did a fantastic job on my Mazda after I scratched the rear bumper down to the fiberglass. It looks just like new, and even cleaned and detailed the car! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs work done in the NRV/Roanoke area, as their craftsmanship speaks for itself. I can't be more happy with the work.

My insurance company said they are one of their five star service centers, I cannot agree more. My car looks new again, and I am interested in knowing how the new paint looks just like the 10 year old paint on the car. Excellent attention to detail, good communications, wonderful front counter person.

I've had Dean's do work on my car 3 times over the past year and a half or so and each time I've been 110% satisfied. Excellent work, great communication, prompt, fair pricing, friendly staff. They have knocked it out of the park each time, especially the last time with the advice and expertise that Mike provided in addressing a suspension and steering issue. THANKS DEAN'S!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped by to see if I could buff out some paint I got on the bumper of my car from side swiping a parking pole. They came out with some kind of cleaning stuff and cleaned the paint off my car bumper. It looks like I never hit anything apart from the little cracks. My family has used this business before when my dad got his rear bumper replaced, and it looks good as new. Friendly, local business.

My neighbor hit my bumper and did a good amount of damage. Took it to Deans and was not only treated like family but my car is brand new again. They did an amazing job and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Can’t even tell it was ever damaged. Highly recommend them!

Best body shop in the area. All employees are genuine people and always willing to help however possible. They stand by their work and wiling to work with busy schedules or in my case particular requests. Had them repair my Subaru's rusted rear quarter panel, paint a few other parts, repair my peeling clear on the spoiler, and install my backup camera in the trunk lid. I couldn't be happier with the repair work!!

My car was damaged in a hail storm. I was so worried that my car wouldn’t look like it did before but I was wrong! Deans’s worked with my Insurance so I didn’t have to do really anything. They kept me updated and answered any questions I had When I called.
I hope I never Have to need them again but If I do I would only go here! 10/10.
