Baskin-Robbins

My mom wanted a quart of her fave ice cream so we stopped here this morning. Turned out they didn't open until 11 but we were there around 9:30. A nice employee saw us sitting in the parking lot and told us we could come in. That was so nice of her!

How awesome! So, I just called to see if they would have a specific ice cream cake available, but no one answered. To my surprise, I was immediately called back by Raven. She was extremely polite and helpful and told me what she had on hand. She took my order and I paid for it over the phone. She made sure to get it out of the display case and put it in the back for me to pick up in a day or so. Thank you Raven for being so awesome!

My experience here was quite good. They had a few new ice cream flavors that the staff recommended for us to try, and they were fun and engaging during our visit. The let us try whatever we liked and made some recommendations for combinations of different flavors.

Surprisingly clean! It’s a chain, and it lives up to the branding. It’s nothing too special because it’s a Baskin Robins, but that’s what you expect when you get ice cream at 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday.

Got a handpacked quart of baseball nut, plus 2 pre-packed quarts. The young lady who was behind the counter was very friendly and super efficient! She REALLY packed that ice cream into that container! Definitely going there again.

This is the only Baskin Robins that has my favorite flavor every day! Icing on the cake! I absolutely love it I also love the employee's at this store.

The lady who helped us was extremely nice and friendly. The ice cream was delicious and didn't taste freezer burned like some places, a little over priced but am over 50 and can remember when banana splits were 1.50$ hahaha .

Fine service for me. At times like these no one wants to work so I’m understanding of the staffing issue. And it appears to me that most of the customers that come here don’t understand what a closing time is or what its like to close down a business like that. Yes, walking in RIGHT BEFORE close is rude and inconsiderate idc what anyone says. If it closes at 8, it closes at 8. If you complain about the staff being shorthanded, apply! Solves that problem doesn’t it? People complain about the smallest things! It’s ice cream yall, be understanding and enjoy it!

My experience was amazing, my children always love when they get free samples. Very kind staff, top notch service for an ice cream parlor. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant family experience.

The ice cream is always so good but the prices have gotten so expensive even for just a small ice cream cone. It's getting so bad that we can't even bring our kids here much anymore.

Best taco flavored ice cream I have ever Tried. I would highly recommend their hot and ready doughnut flavored syrup also.

My amazing girlfriend works here and she is such a hard working woman. To me she's the whole reason why the store is so great. She must have rubbed off on it.

Haven't been to a baskin robbin's in years. Loved it. Store was clean, staff was friendly, ice cream was delicious!

We love this place! But it's so completely overpriced!!!! We spent $30 for 2 kids and 2 adults.

Delicious ice cream and treats. Wonderful ice cream cakes, pie and cookie cakes.

Very Clean and Well attended service I noticed it gets busy in between showings at theatre across the street I will be coming back
