Why this place has low scores blows my mind. Everyone I engaged with was super friendly! Was given great suggestions. Awesome portions! They had my fiancé’s favorite flavors which made her day!

Got a caramel milkshake with extra caramel. The staff was super welcoming and kind. Kayleigh, Skyler and maya were exceptional in world class service. Love coming to marble slab!

I had forgotten how good the ice cream was at Marble Slab! The kids were thrilled they could pick whatever mix in’s they wanted! I got red velvet and birthday cake with chocolate chips in a waffle cone. So good! Would love to see them bring back the classic Amaretto flavor! That one is the absolute best.

We come in every Tuesday and Skyler always takes good care of us. He always informs us on the latest products and always comes through with a good recommendation. It’s a great atmosphere and keeps us coming back each week.

The ice cream was great and I wish I had room for some of the cookies too. Schuyler was very friendly and helpful even with being so close to closing time!

It's very noticeable from the road. I've been going there for many many years. One of the top places to get icecream, milkshakes, even cookies. It's always clean and the employees are always helpful. You can even get samples if your not sure. They also have a cake decorating area so if your in need of a birthday cake, graduation cake, any cake really. They will take care of you. Prices are wonderful. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at this marble slab. I had to come leave a review! It was so clean & the service was very efficient. I absolutely loved my ice cream! The customer service was also great. The main employee I remember was Keely. She was kind & enthusiastic. Everything was great! Definitely will come again!

My family and I just had our first visit here to get some ice cream. The two young gentlemen that helped us were so Kind and helpful. I have to be honest the ice cream itself could have been better but we will probably be back because of their hospitality.

My husband and I had ice cream here and it was delicious!!! What was even more delightful was the attitude and friendliness of the 2 workers!!! We got there a few minutes before closing, but we were treated to smiling faces and pleasant unhurried conversation!!!

Great desserts and the service was good. It took a little bit of time to get served but there were several people getting ice cream at the same time. I always notice whether the place I go to is clean or not and I got to say that it looked and felt clean. My kids really enjoyed what they got. Their faces proved that. I wish the Marble Slab in Fountain City didn't close because that was closer for me and I could frequent it more.

We dropped by for dessert on our anniversary night, and Kristen made it so special! She went out of her way to make us a specially designed cookie cake slice. She was so sweet and made our experience unexpectedly special. We will be back for sure! Thanks Kristen!

Marble Slab is the best! So many great choices and combinations and surprisingly affordable. GIGI served us last time and she was so patient with giving my kids samples and suggestions! The best ice cream in Knoxville!!

Outstanding service at the Knoxville location from Sandy and team! Maeve was very helpful, had creative suggestions, and served with a smile. The Ice cream was top notch and the Turtle Tracks cake was delish. This will be our “go to” store moving forward. Thanks, again!
