Compass at The Grove

The website does an outstanding job buy displaying a preview of what the building has and looks like. However, in my opinion, it only got better as I toured in person through the guidance of graceful lady (Sianea). This building was created for anyone to make this place their ultimate home. Did I mentioned how well me and my husband were treated? All my questions were answered, I was toured with a lot of patience, and I think the team in charge of the building is efficient/well organized.
I’ll post again for the final review when I move-in.

Moved into Compass recently and it's been hands down the best experience ever.

Shout out to Savannah, she was incredibly helpful for finding us the perfect apartment and super organized throughout the leasing process. It's rare to find such a friendly, warmly, and efficient person to make everything so easy for us.

After we moved in, the entire leasing office staffs and maintenance team show their professional through in every interaction. Maintenance service requests get resolved fast and satisfied.

Compass has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only from a convenient location, good amenities, open concept living space, but from the people perspective as well.

Compass is the BOMB!!!

Our apartment is a spacious new 2BR with Den, the apartment has an amazing amount of natural light and we also have a spacious (room for 4-6) balcony with beautiful views of the outdoor common spaces and pool.

I have found the indoor spaces and amenities to be quite nice with lots of free areas to hang out, a very nice gym (I need to use more often :-)) and areas to play with a pool table and shuffle board games.

On top of that, the management and staff are very friendly and always looking for ways to help which is a fabulous bonus!

Trust me you will be happy here!!!

Compass at the Grove is a beautiful new community in the heart of Newark. From upscale amenities to the friendly staff, it has been a great new place to call home. Applying and moving in was quick and seamless thanks to the help of Savannah and Rick. All my friends and family are stunned when they see the place. Would highly recommend without reservation!

We loved our youngest daughter residing in this complex. With both of her parents living in other states and this being her first apartment, we were able to sleep at night knowing she was safe. It was convenient for most of her shopping and work needs. The staff is awesome and attentive to every need. Thank you, Rick, Adrienne, Savannah and Stacey!

This is a fabulous community to live in. The staff is exceptional; always welcoming, pleasant, approachable, helpful and kind. The common areas are always clean and beautifully manicured. I am proud to call the Grove my home and I am constantly inviting family and friends to visit. I have also been recommending people to consider living here.

Living at Compass at The Grove offers the best of everything. Location is perfectly situated within walking distance of everything that Main Street has to offer, without having to LIVE on Main Street. There are beautiful community spaces, inside and out, designed for socializing or just relaxing. Read a book by the fire in a comfortable chair, enjoy a beverage on the terrace, hang out in a hammock or bbq dinner on one of the many natural gas grills. I’m loving it here!

I moved out in half year due to a change of career.
Most importantly, the moving out process was simple and smooth for me. Management team has been very understanding on the situation and was very quick and responsive with process. I left super early when I moved out and was not able to do a walkthrough with them. They did it alone and kept me posted. Refund was processed very timely.
During my entire time staying at compass, I had a great and relaxing time. It is a quiet and clean community. Very pet friendly. The management really care about their residence from every tiny aspects, e.g., community events, package conceige, pet station, etc.

I toured this property on 9/10/23 and Savannah was phenomenal. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous. The rent is comparable to other apartment complexes in the area. While we all appreciate cost savings in monthly rent, I can say that the luxury you feel upon entering into the apartment is a step above other properties I have seen. Thank you Savannah for your excellent customer service, time and dedication to answering all of my questions.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and it has been wonderful so far. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they made the move-in process smooth and easy. The complex is well-maintained and always clean.

The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. I particularly love the modern appliances and fixtures, as well as the ample storage space. The community amenities are also fantastic. The gym has everything I need for a great workout.

The Compass at the groove has it all. From first-class customer service, to sweet warm welcome every-time, breath taking sceneries & ambiance, and everything in between. It’s like love at first sight and my family and I love it so much here. Talk about an experience you get from a five star hotel, except this is even better!! We always look forward to coming back home to the apartment each time we go out. Our family and friends who visit us here were in awe of this gorgeous beauty. Thank you for helping us transition smoothly from selling our home to moving into this beautiful community. We are overjoyed that we made this decision. Savanna and Rick were our POC and they were the BEST! Did I mention the hot beverages available pretty much all day for free? Oh, the hot chocolate is the sweetest ❤

I cannot say enough good things about Compass or the people who run it. Tarik is awesome! He always always has a smile and cares about each and every one of the residents. Always ready to help. You will never see him with a frown. He makes living here a joy. Adriene is also amazing! Always helpful and always smiling. Always ready to help. Robyn and Savannah also are wonderful! The maintenance people are always ready to assist whenever you need them and always kind and friendly. This complex is amazing in every way. Thanks to all for making this feel like home.

My experience has been amazing!
We often drove past the apartment complex when it was getting built and wondered what it’ll be like to live there.
I’m so glad we made the decision to move here because our stay has been great.
The management/ leasing team (Especially Rick) and the concierge (Adrianne) are welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the time.
As for the apartments, aside from being brand new, they’re beautiful and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are my favorite places in our apartment. Feels like we are at a resort.

The only issue I have is, I wish there were more parking spaces in the front. They fill up quickly and it’s usually a bit of a trek from the parking lot in the back.

I recommend Compass at the Grove a hundred times over. You’ll love it here.

The management team here is very helpful. Savannah helped us a lot in this whole process. She was willing to give us another tour because I missed the first tour, furthermore, she allowed us to change the unit even if we already signed an agreement. I am glad I changed the floor plan and now I am very satisfied with this unit. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has a lot of storage places. There are some small problems at the beginning, mainly because this complex is new, but the management team is very responsive and they act fast to solve the problems. We have been living here for 3 months, everything is getting better and better. Can’t wait to use the pool and the terraces in the summer!

Our experience at Compass at the Grove has been wonderful since day one. Our tour of the premises with Savannah was great. Rick’s detailed instructions made our move in go smoothly. The complex has all the amenities you need at your disposal, and wonderful staff. There’s a full size gym, media room, common space/area for lounging and meeting your new neighbors, and much more.
