Everyone was very informative, and kind and had a wonderful variety of crafts and products. I look forward to working there again.

Clean, safe, family friendly, and easy to access little Market in Newark. I love the long layout and vendor variety. The local highschool band was performing today. Local police presence adds security for vendors and shoppers. Public restroom available, which was also clean. This market is beside a free parking lot and a lot of city parking is available as well. This market should be considered handicapped accessible, since there were handicap signs as well as sidewalks. I would definitely consider noise volume and sensory issues, as a parent, if I were bringing my kids. The over head structure provides shade but the wind was blowing some papers and at one point the setting sun was a little intense to those on the sides. These are all just parts of nature, nothing against the market, but as a vendor or shopper you should prepare to still be subjected to the elements!

What a charming Friday night market they have! A great selection of vendors, good prices and nice people! Plenty of parking is available. I highly recommend checking it out. Take a look at their Web page to see a list of vendors and who they have scheduled for entertainment.

Great local market place in Newark Ohio. There are different kinds of events going on.

I love the sense of community Sheff the farmers market is going on. There's music playing, lots of vendors, a food truck and Market Street Soda Works! It's definitely worth a walk around even if you don't buy anything. I'm very glad to see Newark going in such a better direction these days.

Perfect home town Farmer's Market. We enjoy seeing all the local vendors and browsing the goods available. The space is beautiful and safe. This is definitely one of the best markets in Central Ohio.

Went with my sister to the farmers market! It was super fun! Lots of fresh goat soaps and fresh veggies and a couple food trucks and more!

We absolutely love the market district. We purchased from a few vendors and then hit up Soda Works for rootbeer. I got a 6 pack of bottles and had a soda flight. That was awesome and I wish I took a picture.

Even tho its still late spring time i found a few framers selling fresh veggies and other home made crafts and things. Tho it was Wednesday and i didnt expect many vendors set up yet and i was right..... i expect to see many more on Friday. I will be looking then. Meanwhile remember to support our local businesses so the can grow back

Love the Canal District it has been beautifully restored. I got very nice produce there and really enjoy the festival's and events they have there. There's usually live music at the farmers markets, taste testing of a special recipe, kids crafts, and of course food and beverage vendors who sell meat and produce, cheeses, breads, and even pastas.

So proud of our city’s Canal Market District. So glad to see the downtown area changing and the CMD was a great investment. The canal & craft markets are a great source of local food, arts, crafts and entertainment. We always enjoy seeing the vendors and artists:)

Nice items for sale from flowers, plants, Meat products straight from the butcher to your freezer, also has a small selection of meats to take home on site. Homemade items like jewelry, masks and other baked items. Will be there from now to October.

This is a wonderful space in downtown Newark. The collection of goods and services on offer depends on the event being held here. The vendors and canvassers attracted to Newark Pride will differ from those at the Farmer's Market, for instance. There's always at least one food truck at any event, most of them very good.

Love going to the market for fresh produce. Right now is apples, peaches, tomato's, even homemade baked goods, pickles, soaps, honey, maple syrup even fresh flowers. I go every Friday most Tuesdays. 🍎🍑🍅🌽🍪🍞🍆🧅🧄🥒🥬

Loved it! First time to tour the market. I was able to find a few things not in grocery store. I left a very happy camper!! Thank you I will be back for more.

Always lovely. Could use some more advertisement for people outside of the downtown area to breathe some life into the slow days, but I absolutely love it!

Fantastic display of home grown and homemade goodies! Very knowledgeable vendors. Cherokee Valley Bison Ranch is one of our favorites-delicious chicken, pork , fresh farm eggs and of course Bison!!

Cool little place. Love the art work and the murals they had on the buildings. Very cool place, it fits right in with the the part of town. Very historic. If your in the area it's worth stopping and checking it out
