this place is a lifesaver, went there today to get rims and was more satisfied with the service than i thought dealing with anyone in mechanics… they also got a battery out of my friends car and cleaned up some battery acid that came out. highly recommend to get parts from here

I had excellent communication with TJ. Very very professional. He did a lot to help me get a good engine for my Tundra. I will use him in the future.

The right part for a Great price. Had my mobile mechanic Max replace the wheel hub and I saved $800 vs the Hyundai stealership.

Looking for a rare 370z rim, local guys said Falcon had one two hours away. Falcon, sent me pics and a price. I said to send it. I had to download an app to pay but it was shipped safely. I didn't need the tire but they shipped it anyhow. I checked the air in the tire and it seemed to hold, so that was a bonus. Overall, a pretty good experience for someone that I don't personally know.

After calling around to different locations all day, T.J. and the staff were able to get me what I needed in minutes. I wish I would’ve called them first.

Pros:
1. They answer their phone. You wouldn't believe how many salvage yards don't answer the phone.
2. He has a computerized inventory system that appears to be kept up to date. I sat their and watched him update his inventory letting customers know upfront whether he had the part or not.
3. He was friendly.
4. His price was better than the place that makes you pull your own part. Really?

I called around looking for a side window for my 240SX. After talking to Tyson on the phone, they confirmed the part was available and told me they would have it removed and waiting for me and would be open until 6 PM. He took my credit card information over the phone, gave me the confirmation number, and when I arrived to pick up the window it was in excellent condition and the receipt was provided along with the part.
No complaints, prompt service, and a very reasonable price. (He even offered to discount the installation by 30% if I wanted them to do it, but since the car was already at another shop for body work I declined.) I would recommend them to anyone looking for parts, especially for a mid-90s car like mine.

Rough around the edges, but best prices around town! TJ was super professional and had the exact part I needed. I was loaded up and out the door in less than 10 minutes.

Falcon Auto Parts there good. There helping me out and I don't have to spend a lot of money and time thank you a lot.

Called about a part for my Toyota. Really friendly and polite over the phone. They said that they had it but were saving it for someone else. Called me later and told me that the other guy didn't buy it and then quoted me a price. I picked it up the next day and they gave it to me at a much lower price than the original quote since it was an aftermarket part. I will check with these guys first the next time I am looking for a part!

I had to have my hood replaced due to a minor collision. I found a hood at this salvage yard and after contacting them I arranged a time to come in and they were nothing but helpful. Great staff, easy to work with. One of the guys installed the hood for me and there was another part that was bent in the collision and they helped me get it swapped out the same day at a great price. I'll certainly be back if I need anything!

I highly recommend Falcon Auto Parts! I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and called Falcon in Atlanta on 7/25. My daughter was in Atlanta when the wheel/rim on my 2010 soul was found to be cracked; therefore, not allowing the tire to maintain air.

I googled auto parts stores in Atlanta and Falcon was one of several that popped up on my screen. I’m so glad Falcon is the business I called as they were incredibly helpful, find, and efficient! I spoke with TJ several times and he found a new rim for my daughter! The price was very reasonable! TJ was very patient with me as I did not know the correct size of the rim etc. He stayed on the phone with me until he was comfortable that I knew exactly what it was that I needed.

TJ and Falcon auto parts turned what would have been a stressful situation for me being several hours away to a easy fix on a Saturday ! I can’t not thank TJ and Falcon enough! My daughter said they were extremely nice and courteous as well !!!!

Great folks, bought a alternator transaction was quick, I also bought headlight parts years ago from them for Nissan 300ZX niche car. Try them out they might have parts you looking for.
