I would like to give a huge shout out to Brandon! He gave me fantastic customer service in locating several items that weren’t displayed regularly on the sales floor. I had stopped to ask somebody else for help and had been promptly dismissed. Brandon stopped what he was doing physically walked back and checked and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you very much Brandon for the customer service that we all would like!

I have always been pleased with the service that I have received at the photo desk here at the CVS Pharmacy photo department. This store is conveniently located at the intersection of SR56 and Bruce B Downs Boulevard here in the heart of Wesley Chapel. The staff has always been friendly and competent and the quality of photo processing has always been good. Costs are reasonable. I would recommend their services when in need.

Awful service , no care for customers told my wife they’ll be back and she waiting almost 5 mins to only tell her they never got to it and they’re busy.. who cares attitude. Walgreens turn photos around in 1hour after this cvs nightmare..

Stay away from this CVS! Terrible customer service and they don’t do passport photos for little ones!
