They never email you back when discussing your order. Constantly having to call. I placed my sons birthday shirt order, a month in advance, and it was still sent to me incorrectly after emailing what I wanted. They sent a short sleeve shirt for an infant for a December birthday party, after I specifically broke down how many long sleeve shirts I needed and for what shirt. I’ve had to reorder the shirt which I had to repurchase with minimal compensation of messing up the first order. I’m not sure if I’ll order from this company again. I even provided them with font templates I purchased. They lost my tracking in the second order but refunded me my money. Just hoping I get my sons shirt!

This company is highly unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone, and there work is very bad. I asked for a basic logo for my brand and they couldn’t even do that. She sent me something that resembled Terry Crews, as I told them I couldn’t use this for copyright purposes. She then sent me her own “drawing” as it looked like a cancer patient. I then went to something much simple “lips w/ words going across” I even drew it out. She never responded and when I called she caught an attitude and said “There’s nothing we can do at this point”.. just awful.
