I experienced the best customer service at this location. The associates Lena and Paris was so knowledgeable and patient I will continue to purchase me make up from this location!!!

All of the employees are soooooo helpful and nice. I love this SEPHORA the most out of every one I’ve been to! I only wish their hours were later but that’s all me bc I always decide go right when they are closing 😅

I just went in to get shade matched for the Haus labs foundation and I can easily say this was the best experience I’ve had at a Sephora when it comes to customer service. Audra shade scanned me and was so kind and helpful in finding my perfect shade. The girl at the cash register was also super nice (I’m sorry I forgot to get your name but happy 30th birthday girl!) everyone working today definitely deserve some recognition. My new favorite location!!

I’ve always had good service but my last visit was amazing. The salesperson Gabrielle was super knowledgeable about all the products and their ingredients. I had a problem with what I had purchased so I called the following week and she gave me a few tips on how to apply the foundation and what kind of primer to use. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful my skin looks now. I’ve visited “other” beauty supply chains and I was always more knowledgeable than the sales staff. Sephora Beachwood has a great staff; had to share !!! ❤🥰

The staff and customer service at this branch is incredible. There was a very odd mixup with a gift card I was given and they were extremely helpful in remedying the issue. It was a problem that took a while to figure out but they kept me updated and coordinated with corporate throughout the process. It’s tough right now to be in customer service, I’m so grateful for all the Pinecrest Sephora’s help!

Very clean and accommodating! The ladies were eager to help and explained their social distancing rules at the door. I had a mask, but wasn't required to wear one. I like the option it gives in case I forgot to bring it. I bought Dior Suavage.

Love this location. Right off the highway and plenty of parking and very clean store. All of the staff was super friendly as well. Had everything I was looking for!

This store is AMAZING, clean, spacious, and organized. Compared to the store in Beachwood Mall this blows it away. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. But, it is slightly annoying when they follow you around and see if you need help every 5 minutes in the same isle.

I’m not a huge “make up” girl but I vowed to “step my game up” in 2020. I stopped in looking for a certain pink and Crystal was awesome! She help me find the perfect pink and even showed my how I could use it with my existing lip color to create a new look. I am brown skinned and it can be difficult to find people who know what to suggest. Also, I didn’t realize they were closed it and they didn’t push me out, they were so patient. Lol. I look forward to coming back when I have more time to explore some other colors and techniques.

Great location that's well organized, everyone was friendly and helpful to myself and my teen daughter with any questions she had about products.

Very friendly staff. Was there picking out a gift and was assisted by store manager. Store very well organized and everything was easy to find.
