My first time ever took my daughter for her 11th bday and i absolutely Love love love!! It here friendly and respectable group of young adults/ staff keep up the great work guys!! I love the personal touch with the bday stickers thank you all and see you soon 😊

Build a Bear (or nearly any friend) is a fun place. Great for kids and adults alike.

For a moderate price you select a bear, stuff it, add a heart and pick up some cool clothes and accessories for your new friend.

Super fun, awesome staff and overall worth the trip. Special events and deals from time time.

The assistants were very helpful and very kind to my child.

Great experience, made my Christmas shopping very enjoyable. Got a bear for my grandma that has Alzheimer’s with personalized messages from her great granddaughters . Cathy and her staff were very compassionate and made the experience worth it. Store was clean and staff were courteous.

Never had a bad experience here! The staff is wonderful and it's just such a fun place to be. It gives me so much nostalgia when I go inside and gives me th4 kind of excitement I would have as a child. The process is so easy and not as expensive as everyone makes it seem. It's one of my favorite stores in the mall!

Went back for the 1st time in years. I was a little insecure because I am a grown woman with no kids. But there was no judgment, only kindness. The magic from my childhood was still there. I've been back 3 times in last couple months to get the Animal Crossing bears. Everyone was always so nice.

Today we decided to surprise our son for his birthday and take him to BAB at Potomac Mills. Our son chose a pikachu friend and was very shy to speak to the workers. Daijah (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) was so sweet and helped him. Not only was she super nice but our son requested to record a pikachu noise and asked her to do it for him. She reluctantly said yes and did a fantastic job! She was fantastic! Thank you Daijah for making our sons day!

I came here to buy an oogie boogie after seeing from a past visit to the mall. And it was still so special to make even as an adult. Hiding in the quietest corner of the store to record my sound button was my favorite part. I had forgotten you get to hold down the foot pedal that fills the bear with stuffing! It was so fun, and I LOVE him! So much, the woman that helped me was so sweet and kind and made my experience great. I dont know her name but she was wearing a oggie boogie backpack (this was also a few weeks back). Take your kid, take your significant other, go on your own, go make a bear (: . (Only full body photo i have of oggie, peep and oggie get along now dont worry)

Lots of fun for the kids. My daughter loves picking her bear, watching it get filled, picking it's heart and putting it in, them shopping for accessories. Very friendly staff

Great gifts for children and (some) adults. The store has a fun atmosphere and the staff is so friendly. Their prices are fair and oh so cute!

Have visited here several times in the past for kids birthdays, the staff is friendly and courteous.

Despite the limited supply of plushies, smells, sounds and outfits, still the staff was wonderful and friendly. I love going in stores and online for my bears.

The staff was nice and as an adult, they still asked if I wanted to do the heart ceremony. It was cute and I had fun.

I've been here a couple of times and I always have similar experiences. Warm staff greetings and a unique environment to explore. Children always love it.
