DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

It was the nicest DSW store I've been in the area. The store was clean and the staffs were friendly. Especially the staff at the checkout was super helpful and took time to resolve the problem. I really appreciated it. They made the shopping experience quite pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for shoes. The store was clean and well organized. Estella, a saleswoman, went out of her way to help me find just the right pair of boots. She was extremely accommodating of my disabilities and made me feel cared for. Thank you Estella for all of your help!

My kind of shoe store! The employees are polite and helpful, but do not pressure customers for a sale.

The store is spacious and clean; there are plenty of brands and styles to choose from.

One thing though, there are signs indicating Women's & Children shoes, but no obvious sign for Men's shoes.

Ordered these shoes online was an easy process. I wanted to do the curbside pick up but didn’t realize that it ended at 6, I showed up at 6:30. I ended up finding parking on the street. The staff was friendly, it was closing so no one was in there so there wasn’t a wait. I’ll be going back to pick up some other shoes I had shipped to the store.

Not really sure what others are saying about the employees being brash and not friendly. I had a great experience with this store and it’s employees. I called the store looking for a pair of heels that were sold out everywhere except for this one store. The first employee who picked up saw it was in stock and even went to check herself but couldn’t find them on the floor. I called the next day just to double check and the employee went to physically check for 10 min and did find them. I was ecstatic! She suggested keeping them on hold without me even asking and I called later in the day to find out how long they hold items (48 hours). I went the next day i went EARLY before they open and the employee assisted me right away. She was nice and helpful and I got out of there within 10 minutes. All in all, great experience!

This store is located in a shopping district with really nice stores. Parking is in a garage, not sure if its free for shoppers, you can park on street if a spot is available..good luck on that. You can park in the near Apt. Bldg. lot but risk being towed. Moderate size DSW, plenty of staff to help out. As always there's a range of shoe styles and prices to choose from. I will definitely come back to this location

Dsw has a great return policy. As far as parking convenience, it is very lenient...no matter how tempting, do not park in the open parking lot across the street from it...you will be towed. Other than that, i received great service.

Great place to find a nice shoes!
you can get great deals on designer shoes if that is what you are into. the stacks and rows of shoes may be a bit overwhelming so take it slow. Okay I'm here all the time if I'm looking for a nice pair of shoes to go out.

DSW generally has a good selection of shoes. The clearance rack has some great choices at some damn good discounted prices.
