Bounce Luggage Storage

We used Burn & Brew (luggage storage) very last minute when our AirBnB was unable to provide an early check-in. I was very hesitant on using the Service, mainly because I had never had to use anything like this so I went into it with a very cautious. We were greeted immediately upon arriving, the staff told us exactly where we could place our bags and then also let us know that he would need to be moving some things around so when we returned the bags probably wouldn't be in the same location (this eased my mind a bit that he would be so open with the fact that when we returned things wouldn't be in the same exact spot!). Staff also reminded us of their closing time and told us to have a great afternoon! I thought that was a really genuine touch! We had such a great experience the first time that we used them on our check-out day as well! I would recommend anyone in the DC area who is looking to use luggage/bag storage to look this place up!

Staff at the location were great. Only minor issue was finding the specific location. The address given via the Bounce website wasn't exactly correct. I suggest the website should both update the address and specifically cite the name of the company that will be holding the luggage. Beyond that, the experience was great. Thanks.

Storing baggage near DCA airport. 20 min walking was the only task that wasn’t that easy. Stuff in the shop was very accommodative, providing free Asian food on the way back which was helpful. I am satisfied and recommend this Burn and Brew store at Bounce.👍

Felt great about leaving my things here with this lovely shop! It was a bit hard to find as the storefront is a smoke shop, but the experience of storing my things and picking them up was smooth and straightforward.
