Billy’s is BACK! A family favorite and we are so excited they are back and in a new location.
The hamburgers are seasoned and cooked to perfection. The waffle fries are great. Try the poutine fries for a real treat!
The staff is wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful.

So delicious! The house-smoked brisket pastrami is definitely a must try!!!
The burgers are the best! Also the staff is friendly and the place is so clean and neat. Lots of indoor tables and outdoor seating.

Stopped by on our way out of town after a fun weekend staying at the Virg. Great burgers - old school diner style simple and loaded up. Rodeo fries were a total hit with the kiddos. Poutine fries are stick to your ribs good. Staff were friendly and accommodating after we had a soft serve ice cream spill (thanks!) Will return!

Loved it from the second I walked in. Service was wonderful and all smiles! Best cheeseburger #billyburgers I’ve ever had. Special sauce very special and the head chef came to make sure we loved it and we did. Thank you Billy’s burgers!

I moved to jackson a year ago and after trying a few of the restaurants in town I can say billys burgers has the best burger in town the flavor is amazing and the patty is always cooked to a perfect temp. The poutine fries are also delicious!!!

Solid burger joint. Price point is high but it was the best burger. Skip the fries and salad. The burger is where it’s at.

I was not in town when the original was here so I can't speak to that one. Let me tell you, this burger is no joke. Took me a few times to perfect my order but I will going at least twice a week. Waiting on that punch card, Eric!

Fantastic Burger, tastes just like the old place and the flavor was just as good too, the greasy burger with the waffle fries is a classic.

BILLYS IS BACK

An old Jackson favorite now in a new place burgers are 1/2 pound patty and delicious. Waffle fries and shakes need I say more . Check it out if you remember the old place.

Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, but I didn’t know it was all outside seating. It was cooling off quickly with the sun down so I opted to take mine back to the hotel. The employees were more than helpful and all had a smile on there face. The burger. Never ever have I had someone serve me a burger cooked perfect with just a bit of pink in the center. If I wouldn’t have already been back at the hotel I would have given you a hug! You all rock! Thank you.

the food is good, expensive as everything in Jackson. The customer service is really bad, the cashier lady had bad mood and not friendly. The place have outside tables and the place is near to the Highway, so was so windy. It’s located in the Virginia hotel so we found a better table inside the hotel near to the pool.

Tonight I called Billy’s Burgers to place a To go order. The number listed on google apparently routes to the Virg front desk. The gentleman said Billy’s doesn’t have a phone. So I went online to place an order, no online ordering, ok, so we went in to place a to go order. We asked to create animal style waffle fries, since they had all those toppings available as burger add ons. The cashier said no problem, and repeated our order to us. When we got home, they had placed all those toppings on the burgers instead. A slight mess up on our order, oh well. The burgers were delicious, but there seems to be a big issue with service/consistency. My roommate had also gone a few days ago, dine-in, and the cashier gave her the wrong receipt. They circled around many times with her order, that didn’t match the number on her receipt. She explained that what they were carrying is what she ordered. Management later came outside and made a big deal about it and insisted she come inside as she was eating (everyone else had long finished their food) to pay for rodeo fries which she never ordered. Her bank statement shows that she correctly paid for her chicken sandwich. They had a massively difficult time understanding their own error, and when it was all done, no apology or anything. The food is good, the service is poor, and if they can’t even get to go orders correct, make me hesitate to revisit.

Kudos to the Virginian and all the work they’ve done to revamp the place and bring back local favorites. The place looks great! But wow. Just had an overcooked, sad and dry burger. And the waffle fries? They were really dry and crispy, almost like they’re air-fried and trying to be healthy? Not sure. Hopefully things improve and my experience was a one-off.

This is the first time we tried this place in the neighborhood. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a photo of our food because my phone was dead. We ordered two Billy’s burgers. His came out perfect like a normal burger. Mine was completely raw in the center (looked like uncooked ground beef you’d buy at the grocery store. I went up and showed them it was raw. I am a professional line cook and I know when a burger is cooked and when it’s inedible. The chick who I showed it to immediately gave me sass and said all their burgers come medium and that I should have ordered it well done. (Now given my background, I know when a burger is medium). And that one wasn’t even rare! It was completely RAW. Not only that but I got sass from someone who’s clearly an idiot about food and the restaurant biz.

Didn't care much for this expensive take out burger.
