Hatch Taqueria & Tequilas

Well this is a breath of fresh air! Friendly little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a super staff and fresh ingredients for tacos. I had the salmon tacos and they were great.

We had to return to Hatch after being in Jackson last summer where we had a great experience. This time we brought our friends who fell in love with it too! Service is so fast, staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are amazing!! Come for happy hour and make sure you try a spicy hatch or mezcal margarita! The chicken tacos and tortilla soup were some of our favs! And the guac/salsa with chip to start is a no brainer!

This is such a great place with incredible food and I can’t wait to go back! We did a buyout of the restaurant as we were hosting a large group on a company trip and they were so easy to work with. Everyone raved about the food which was very delicious!

The owner is so sweet and personable and everyone that worked there was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a must if you’re in Jackson!!!!!

SO GOOD. Gourmet Mexi inspired killer food. Shrimp tacos, best I have ever had. We were really impressed.

Had a great dinner experience here! Ordered the tacos (Cochinita Pibil and Carne Asada), chicken enchiladas and chips and guacamole. Everything was delicious. The hostess was so friendly, and we had great service. Fun decor, lively atmosphere, and what looked like a great patio (it was raining while we were there). I’d definitely recommend!

My group has been to several Mexican food places in Jackson Hole, and this one is by far the best we’ve been to. Spendy, but your mouth will thank you. The enchiladas, fish tacos, and nachos really got the spot for my table. Not to mention the specialty drinks! Definitely stop in after a nice walk down town.

This place was so good! The atmosphere is great, and so is the food! The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. My burrito was super good. The gucamole and the green sauce were great, and the beans were fantastic! The service was also top notch.

Had passed by Hatch several times without visiting - finally had the time and what a pleasant surprise! The food and drinks were tasty with plenty of authentic flair. Dishes with just the right amount of spice, all made with fresh, local ingredients coupled with generously poured drinks made this a delightful visit on all fronts. Service was excellent, all staff adhering to the Teton County Covid guidelines, and the place was clean and comfortable. Returned for breakfast a few days later which was an equally pleasant meal served up with the same excellent service.

We have high standards for Mexican food and this place absolutely met our standards! Go during happy hour for excellent deals on food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Stopped by and it happened to be happy hour and we were really surprised at how good the nachos and margaritas were for the price! Everything we ate was really good and we definitely recommend.

This is one of my favorite Mexican fusion restaurants. The tacos carne asada tacos where the bomb! The jalapeno bacon and avocado tacos were delish! The hamburger was a great option as well! Tortilla chips and walk was a great addition. The flavors just melded together and the tacos. Great atmosphere to sit have a conversation with family or friends. Outdoor seating is available too. Wait staff was great.

Went with 8 guys last night. The vibes were great and the food was even better. The one thing missed the mark was the espresso martini. Should have stayed with the Margaritas!

Stopped in for breakfast and sat at the bar for a mimosa. Got the bacon and avocado tacos and WOW they were perfect. Great service and atmosphere too.

Great restaurant we stumbled upon while walking downtown Jackson. Super nice servers. Ordered spicy tequila flight, loved it! Tortillas, salsa and guac... delicious. Cauliflower tacos did not disappoint and hubby loved pulled pork tacos. Would definitely go back again if the opportunity arose.

I honestly don't understand why this restaurant doesn't have more 5-star reviews!

We went in for brunch one day and were super pleased with the experience. We were seated quickly, the food came out reasonably fast, and it was delicious! We loved it so much we went back again two days later.

We went there for happy hour had a small weight and was able to enjoy a beverage and appetizers. The food was amazingly good. We tried the salmon tostada and the tuna and lettuce and had to try out the chicken nachos. That and three drinks was only $34 at happy hour prices. Highly recommend Do try to get reservations if you can .. this place is very busy.

Dining at HATCH was amazing! We had a large group of 13 people and we pre ordered some pitchers of margaritas and guac. Everything was ready upon arrival and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend dining here for small or large groups.

Smaller portions than I'm used to coming from Arizona but the food was wonderful. I love their selection of tequila. I had their buffalo enchiladas and chicken tacos and they were both amazing. I also tried three of there tequilas and I highly recommend this place.

Very cool experience, stopped in for a drink and to get out of the cold. Music and atmosphere is authentic. The wait staff was very friendly and even gave me a free shot of casamigos for my birthday! We saw the happy hour deals, 6$ margaritas with decent tequila. Highly recommend when in Jackson.

We had a really lovely experience here. We showed up with 8 and no reservation at 12:30 on Sunday and has no trouble being seated. The food was amazing and the drinks were great. I'd highly recommend
