Subway

Both of the women working this day were so friendly and accommodating. We were on a road trip, stopped to get lunch and dinner for the road so we wouldn’t have to stop. Before we could ask they wanted to know how we wanted them wrapped to eat at 2 different times, offered to put my avocado in a separate container so the bread didn’t get soggy, toasted 1/2 of mine. You never know what you’ll get at a fast food place. On this day the girls went out of their way to make us happy and then wished us well on our way out.

I ordered 2 tuna subs (my way) and Brooke and her team made me the best subs I have ever had at Subway!!! Thank you

Shonia is a amazing hardworking employee, she works extremely hard for subways and is always on top of it all, made my sandwich perfect! Best attitude and smile! Amazing woman!

Ordered online tonight 11/6 and due to them having a lot of online ordered ours was not ready and a employee named either David or Daniel came out personally to tell us they’re behind because of alot of online orders and he’s starting on our food. After he made them he brought it out and told us to let him know if anything is wrong with them and he will remake both sandwiches personally, both sandwiches were very very good and the service was even better. You have a good employee who cares about the service of his customers

Superb customer service. Didn’t get the name of the guy serving me in the afternoon shift but he definitely kept the Subway name on a high level. Their sandwiches as always are the choice you won’t regret. Convenient location, never really too busy, clean and neat.

To whom it may concern the guy with the baby dreads is NOT working here anymore. All our employees here are now friendly, and will go above and beyond to make your experience a great one! I have worked here for awhile now, and I love the employees and the manager that are here now. We keep our store very clean, and we love when we see people come back regularly. To those that have had a bad experience here, please come back and give us another chance! We will welcome you with a smile and great service.

Bralon is such a hardworker, made my food fast and exactly how I asked while being so polite! He deserves a raise.

Not sure her name but girl working this evening was amazingly sweet even though I just picked up my mobile order. Great customer service and sandwich is great :)

Terry was working by himself this evening. His location was pretty busy, but he handled the rush in a very calm and professional manner. He wore his mask and he got a fresh set of gloves for each sandwich he made. And he did a great job making the food. Kudos, Terry. Great job!!

One of the better Subways I’ve been to. There were only two women working there and they were both working very hard with about six people in line. They were very friendly and efficient. My sub was fresh. I’ll definitely come back.

The things I'm reading is making me sick...I hate to think that there is nothing good to say about this store!! The kid with the baby dreads NO LONGER works here!! I'm the manager of this store now and have weeded out the problems!! Everyone of the employees have more than 2 years of experience!! They are fully trained properly!! I promise you this is the cleanest and fastest subway in town!! Please give us one more try!!

Best Subway sandwich I have had.

I am always impressed with Subway. They usually adhere to you filling requests quite efficiently. I will always recommend Subway above a greasy hamburger joint as at least I know the good is fresh and served right in front of me! Subway has become my go-to when on extensive road trips as they have more locations popping up, even in some remote locations. Kudos Subway you've come a long way!

Went in after rush hour and still got a quick meal made. The two employees were nice and friendly having casual conversation with me. It's a great start to my afternoon and I appreciate the hospitality some places lack.

This was honestly one of the cleanest Subways I have seen in Denton, if not the absolute cleanest. There wasn't any trash on the ground. The countertops were spot free. And to top it all off the guy working there (sorry I didn't catch your name!) was super kind and seemed proud to be working there.

We had a coupon was recently expired but the server handled it quite well. They didn't comp the coupon but did say it in a way that saved face for everyone.

Very nice staff. Always love the sandwich even those I was charged for a foot longg but only ordered a 6". I didn't notice until I got down the road.b

Salad with the Ginger Chicken was very good! New menu items means more choices! Ya gotta go to Subway!
