You get put on hold for a really long time and it's almost impossible to get an appointment even if it's a week or even two in advance. You have to schedule atleast 2-4 weeks in advance to be seen. And usually it's closer to three weeks in advance. If you have a full time job....good luck their hours are from 8:30-4:30 (unlike what it says online) and their appointments go quick and they aren't open on Saturdays.

The people who work at the front desk seem like they hate their job. You can hear it in their voice and see it in their face. They aren't really pleasant or welcoming in any way. And I would say atleast 7 times out of 10 the person your dealing with has an attitude. I have only seen a guy OGBYN (which I REALLY REALLY didn't want to do or feel comfortable with) and he's okay and nice. He wasn't really personable and it was clear how uncomfortable I was and he really didn't do anything to help. He was quick though and just asked his questions did what he had to do and it was done. I feel like the women OBGYNS are never ever available so you have to force yourself to be okay with having a guy.

I can't honestly say I would recommend this office to anyone. If your okay with sub par receptionists with attitudes, having the contestant struggle to find any open appointments, and being on hold for a long time then this place is the place for you.

I honestly feel like receptionist and nurses are really nice, but the wait and welcoming is so unprofessional by the doctors. They have no problem making you feel beneath them. I have been with the same clinic and doctor MD for years. She's never inviting, never smiling, never friendly. Just a clear nonchalant attitude. I got a few test done waited maybe 2wks just to see if anyone would reach out to give me my results. So after i realized no call no update, i made another appointment.
Now the very exact day i made the appointment called to give me my results, basically stating cancel your appointment i dont see where the pain is coming from go get another opinion from a different source. No type of empathy/ no solution. I reached out to this clinic for help, for answers believe me i didnt receive either .

Doctors are great, & nurses are incredibly sweet, but every single appointment I have had is an hour (or more!) later than the actual scheduled appointment time. They overbook patients and let those that arrive late cut in front of others who are on time, pushing everyone else back at their expense. Very unprofessional.
