There staff all deserve 5 stars .Went in there yesterday wanting to go back to an iPhone from my galaxy from us cellular and made it painless and simple .Also figured out what bolba was while waiting for the transfer and may need to try it .Very friendly and checked every promotion to the point I didn’t have to pay anything to switch .If I wasn’t moving to Florida I’d go there every time if I had an issue .WIsh I could remember the agents name because she’s was super helpful with helping me move everything from my galaxy to iPhone . I’d give them 10 stars if I could

My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.

Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful. They cannot resolve AT&T issues. Only AT&T can unlock your phone in their service. Same Verizon. But they will tell you how to have that vendor release your phone, the site to access. I have found T-Mobile service support superior to both Verizon and AT&T, in all respects. Better plans, easier management, better support, same transport structure w better quality at reduced rates.

They have the best staff here. Knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful. I've switched several accounts to T-mobile in the past year and this was my first experience at the local store. I am very happy to say they are not like the other internet store in the mall (name never to be spoken). These guys genuinely want to help you. Their pricing can't be beat. Having a terrific LOCAL store to go.. where they can answer a question, provide a fix, or give a friendly tutorial... is icing on the cake. Keep up the good work. I am sending everyone I know your way.

Kyle from the South Portland store gave my daughter and I the best customer service experience. He was personable, went above and beyond, and really left a lasting impression!

DYLAN is a 5 star representative for T Mobile.
I took my 85 year old father in since his phone was confusing him and Dylan took the time to listen to his questions and explain how to simply text, email and use phone. It was worth the trip to ease frustration. Another customer commented how good Dylan was with my Dad as well, she has a mother who gets frustrated with her phone and wanted to compliment Dylan too. I felt bad since Dylan works on commission and he didn't make a dime off of us, hoping if you are in the market for a new phone you will go in and ask for Dylan, he will earn the commission.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tomi helped execute my order quickly and efficiently while Miranda and Ryan kept me entertained. All in all was an amazing experience and I would suggest any of those associates to work with.

I'd really like to thank Ryan for all of his help with not only switching my phone over to a new one, but also helping my husband unlock my phone when I accidentally locked myself out. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and polite!! I received AM-MAZING service from Ryan and wanted hom to know that he is appreciated!

Had a great experience with Josh. This was after a pretty bad experience the night before with Kyle. Why Josh isn't managing this location is beyond me. He is knowledgeable and very friendly. He should write the guide for this third party reseller to train all there employees on how to act and treat customers. He single handedly saved me as a customer and secured me bringing my other lines over from Att. Would recommend dealing with Josh exclusively if you go there until he is promoted to a role where he can vouch for the quality of people working there.

I had great service a couple of months ago, Caleb helped me with an order that customer service had messed up but couldn't fix on the phone so I needed to get local in person help.

Then two weeks ago T-Mobile had a new Veterans program that was fantastic (unlimited data and FREE Netflix Premium and other stuff that made it logical to switch, we have had T-Mobile for about 15 years with a great plan but this was even better) but customer service messed up all my info so I needed to go to the Maine Mall location to get it all (and I mean ALL) corrected.

Deagle got on the phone and quickly fixed this mess. Great kid, knows his stuff and has excellent customer service. Good job!. Thank you.

Update: so for some reason T-Mobile sent a signal extender to us (un-requested) and then charged us 300 bucks. Thank you Chris B for all your help and getting that all straightened out for us. Another good rep.

The guys I bought my phones from on July 24th were not only knowledgeable, but fun and great to work with! Worth the drive for sure.
