Went in desperate for help with a shattered camera on my phone, and left very please with my experience. The staff there were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They gave me great advice on what to do if I’m to run into anymore issues and finished the repair in under 20 minutes. Very pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to come back.

Super fast and easy and affordable. My screen was shattered and less than 15 minutes after I walked in I had a brand new screen that is fully functional and a new case and screen protector for $200 all together.

Never had such great customer service as here! These guys really care about you and are looking to ensure you have a great experience and get the most out of the tech you bring for repair. They’re extremely friendly and so so so fast. I was in and out in ten mins and they gave me some great advice on phone cases and protective glass. They had the opportunity to try and up-sell but only talked to me about what was best for my needs & phone protection. I left with a phone that looked like new and a awesome case I love. Genuinely impressed, wish more business were like these guys!

Brought my wife’s iPhone 7 in today to have the screen replaced. Turned out it needed the LCD replaced as well. After completion, the sensor that turns the screen off when you have the phone up to your ear wasn’t working. They took the extra time to open up the phone and put it back together a few times at no extra charge to make very small adjustments to make sure it was right when we left. The gentleman running the shop was very personable and I enjoyed chatting with him while they did the work. Excellent experience and I will be back in the future for any repair needs.

Got my iPhone 11 screen repaired worked great had a little issue 6 months later brought phone into the western ave I store all labor and new screen installed for free in 20 min! They stick to their word and do quality professional work. I will certainly recommend this place to others.

Very respectful, greeted immediately, phone was taken immediately back to get worked on and was ready in 15 minutes!! The cheapest prices too, after I called a few other stores. Very friendly staff member and customers, I honestly had a good time there just chatting with people, when was the last time waiting for a repair was genuinely enjoyable?? I am so grateful that I found the iStore. Ofer and Mari are absolutely the best team around. The level of customer service and quality of their work for repairs is unmatched. Best around, very friendly and the service is 5 star! Hard to find these days! Cracked iphone screen walked in no appoint and literally was out the door in 10 minutes with a brand new screen , on top of it they will fix it for free if it gets broken again.
That was a month ago, I now find I need a new battery and I will not be trying to set up an apple appointment in the mall, I am headed back to iStore Phone repair for the excellent and speedy service one more time!!

These guys are incredible! I can’t say enough praise. They provide excellent customer service and are totally upfront and honest. I called and spoke with Tony in a panic yesterday afternoon after dropping and smashing my iPhone screen. The screen went blank and the and was unusable. As a self employed plumber business comes to screeches to a halt without my phone. Tony reassured me it was most likely just the screen and not internal damage. I showed up and within a half hour one of his incredible tech people put a new screen on and had my phone working like new. They also ran a complete diagnostic test on the computer to make sure everything else was working as it should.

They could have ripped me off and I wouldn’t have known the difference but that’s not how Tony operates. He knows the better you treat people the more they will value and appreciate his services and keep coming Back.

Best Around. I had been to a competitor and they wanted nearly double with a short guarantee. These guys gave me a good price and lifetime guarantee, plus installed a quality tempered glass screen protector and gave me a new charging cord at no extra cost. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new screen. A couple days later, I went back to see if they could fix the speaker as it had been difficult to hear people on the other end. Again, all fixed in 10 minutes and no charge.

I was skeptical at first, i had accidentally cracked my iPhone 11 Pro Max, I walked in with no appointment and got greeted almost immediately. I got in an out in about 20 minutes. Great Price. Great Customer Service. Great Experience Overall… Thank you!!!!

Took my phone here today and received excellent service! My phone had been pretty badly cracked for awhile but I neglected to come in and get it fixed and I got water in it while working as a dishwasher. The lcd crapped the bed as a result and I thought I was about to have to dish out 900 bucks for a new phone... Maribeth (the technician) was very friendly and miraculously got my phone to life again! Didn’t take any more then 10 minutes and the icing on the cake was I got a great deal on a new case and tempered screen glass with lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who finds themself in a tough spot, an awesome experience!

I have been working in IT for many years, and I always appreciate the folks who do good work with technology. So thankful to them for fixing my phone quickly and professionally. Wife thanks you too for giving her a price range for a cracked screen.

Danny and his staff are great. I have used his repair services numerous times now and every time the fixes are speedy and well priced. I went in to get my screen fixed & Jon was very personable & was able to get my screen done promptly! Only took about 10 minutes. Very convient location, & it was nice to see that inside there's a spot for younger kids to play while they wait. Very impressed with how knowledgeable Jon was & will definitely return if needed. Highly recommend. :)
