Needed to take a moment to leave Allison a review. This lady is so sweet, helpful and has the best attitude! I’ve never encountered someone so nice at the post office before.

Every single person up front is the best, every single one! And I’m sure it reflects to the workers in back. Never have issues dropping packages off ( everyday)!, Always scanned out that day and on way, they make my day better with their smiles and welcoming demeanor. The postal service should give out medals or a party for them or something!!! Saw new faces from office, so I need to monitor before opinion, to be continued….

They are generally pretty quick, they’re very helpful too. There’s no big package drop off and no kiosk so make sure you check hours if you need assistance.

I cannot recall a negative experience at the Knightdale NC USPS. The staff is very pleasant and super helpful. They go above and beyond for customers. I wish every USPS location operated like Knightdale USPS. Great job!!

Shout out to Allison. I deal part time in E-commerce and went in to this office recently to drop off a package. Allison was the only person working up front and was friendly, professional, and efficient in getting the customer in and out in a timely manner. Lots of post offices are missing this, lots of jobs dealing with the public are for that matter. Keep up the great attitude and great work!

I go here very often and the staff here are extremely amazing! They do a great job and always provide quality service. I notice that When it’s busy they move as fast and efficiently as they can to keep everything flowing. I have been to other locations throughout the Triangle and the Knightdale location is by far my favorite location.

Ernie was super helpful with my shipment today. He was friendly and professional, and very kind. It was fast, easy, and I left feeling satisfied. The staff is friendly here, unlike some shipment places I've been to where they don't seem to care.

The Knightdale post office is the best post office I’ve ever worked with. I have a small business and ship a lot of packages through USPS. The folks at Knightdale do an awesome job and are always kind and friendly. I just can’t say enough positive things about the Knightdale USPS!

While this location has two tellers the support staff comes out to check to see if anyone is picking up packages, to hurry everyone along the side door is opened and a third teller is opened up. The staff is fast and efficient unfortunately, the hold up is the public... a lot of really slow moving elderly people buying several different books of stamps.

I have always gotten great customer service from this location, Tiffany, Allison, one other young lady that work there are always helpful, courteous and friendly

Allison was the one who helped me and was super efficient and friendly. Handled me and multiple customers quickly and had me out the door right away. Probably the best service I've had at a post office.

Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I would say is that there should be more staff rather than keeping people waiting every time you go. But that is normal these days with every place cutting back.

Allison and everyone at the Knightdale USPS are absolutely wonderful! They're extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! Hands down the BEST USPS in the triangle!!
