New York City Sub Shop - Jackson Hole

We followed our bus driver here to grab a quick snack before heading to the slopes. After looking over the menu, we decided to come back after boarding, when we had a minute, to grab a few sandwich's. The wife ordered the Cheese Steak and I got the Hot Pastrami. Loaded with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, and Mayonnaise, the taste was exactly how you'd want it. I can see why this has been a staple for so many years.
The staff was very nice, the place was clean and vibrant.

this place was pretty good! I got the cheese steak half (8"). the food took a bit longer but that's probably because it's cooked fresh to order. $15 in total. the very be felt like an older Wendy's. Definitely recommended for a good lunch! you can either order outside at the window or inside

Great submarine sandwiches whenever we’re in town. Try the Bronx cold or warm (turkey & cheese) or the Cheesesteak. Both are solid options. Compliment with chips and a drink, and prepare to hit the slopes in the winter or hike in the summer, on a full stomach. The focaccia style bread 🥖 they use to make their sub sandwiches is what really stands out here, which is soft and fresh.

This place is my lovee's childhood place and he said it was just as good a childhood. Wish I had one closer to our home. However, just means we got to visit every time we pass through. 100% would recommend.

Menu is very straightforward with all the best when it comes to yummy sandwiches!! Bread was FRESH. Tasted homemade and was so delicious! Never been to New York, but really felt like I was there HA! Service was fast and helpful. Great stop for a quick lunch or even a grab & go before hitting the slopes.

Ordered the Manhattan. It was ready by the time I sat down. Bread had great texture and the meats and toppings were delicious.

Had the Jersey Turnpike hot which was delicious! Was very quick service wise and was a Solid Sandwich.

Ate here twice over the course of a couple days while visiting town. Got the Manhattan and Staten Is sandwiches deluxe and both were outstanding. Also had the battery and the 5th Ave, which were good, but not as good as the meat subs. Fund atmosphere, very quick.

Great traditional sandwiches with fresh basic ingredients. This is the best place to pick up quick, delicious, sandwiches after a day on the slopes or in the national park. There really isn't a better sandwich shop in town.

Pretty good! Decent subs. Super friendly staff. Clean restroom. If it hasn't been repaired, there's a dip in the asphalt in front of the parking spaces that will scrape your car, so pull in slowly.

Great Subs and even better service. Not only was my order made quickly, the cashier was super friendly,patient, and even gave me a great menu suggestion. If you are looking for a quick and affordable( not mention extremely tasty)lunch option while in Jackson WY, definitely give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Great sub shop! I'm a sucker for a good sandwich and this one was pretty dang good! My husband got the Philly and I got the Bronx (turkey) and both were great. They had the best banana peppers!

This was a cute little sub shop. The people were nice and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. My picky kids even ate here and loved it. Such a great place and will definitely come back when we come back to Jackson Hole.

A long-time favorite, It has remained consistent since I was a kid. The cheesesteaks are so good! I really like that I can order ahead and quickly pick up my order. I would highly recommend NYCSS.

Super nice front of the house but what sub shop does not have American cheese? In fact, what sandwich place has one type of cheese, and makes it provolone?

This all stems from a debacle ordering the “cheesesteak.” All I wanted was a proper cheese steak, onion and American cheese.

Best subs in town. Probably because of the bread. You will wait for a while if you go at lunch time. Closes at four. Everything is take out. They are quick to respond if you're calling an order in. You can also order online earlier in the day. Parking nearby can be a problem.

Best restaurant in Jackson Hole. Been coming to NYC Sub since the late ‘80’s when they were on Glenwood. Consistently yummy. Best bread ever. Cheesesteak is soooooo gooood. We always get a whole cheesesteak w/OP and hot Bronx w/ OP. Excellent right off the flat top but even great the next day. I don’t eat anywhere else in town. Most restaurants in JH are owned by two people. This is one of the only independent JH restaurants that’s not owned by some horrible tourist-appeasing elk burger menu conglomerate. Subshop RULES!!!!
