Spirit Halloween

My son and I love this store!!! We have such a blast and find such unique Halloween items!! We look forward to the opening every year!!

One of the biggest and best Spirits that we've been to, they had an awesome collection of the "animatronics". They also have just about every costume is every size that you could think of, their selection of accessories is pretty impressive also. Great place to visit before Halloween.

The lack of training for employees is because they're ALL new and Temps. The prices reflect the cost of the experience vs online I guess. Going is a tradition. Customers abuse costumes sometimes, not the employees fault. Enjoy.

I’ve been in twice in the past two days and both times the staff have been super friendly & helpful. The manager helped me return a costume that didn’t fit my son. Then helped me find what I was looking for in store from their website. Great selection and nice staff!

The 2 female employees (caren and I’m sorry I can’t remember the store manager’s name, but she was dressed as Harley Quinn) whom work at the pop up on W. College Ave, Appleton (next to office max) are so incredibly helpful and super friendly! I was having a hard time making a costume decision for my 4 year old and caren was more than happy to take the time and show each costume to me! Not like some other stores where they pluck the costume off the rack, toss it to you and scurry off just to sit down at the register 🤦‍♂
The manager was keen to my dilemma at the moment and did what she could within her scope of managerial duties. Very Happy customer 🤓👏🏽Thanks again ladies!! HAPPPPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃🖤🧡
